Mixed feelings on this hotel. The services provided by the proprietor was superb. But the front desk lady who assist in our expedition booking was unprofessional, or should I say lazy. Anyway, the proprietor has make it up and delighted us in many ways.
Nostalgic ambience, decent room facilities, average breakfast and acceptable overall hospitality. There’s restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Offers free pick-up and drop-off when arranged.

I felt very welcome in the Hotel. The owner Liang and the staff was very, very friendly and helped me a lot, organising my trips, buy discounted entry tickets and broght me to the park entrance, advised me where to go.
I had a great experience here, wished to stay longer if possible.

Great spot, checked in late and they came out to let us in. Great breakfast, beautiful room. We could see the new years fireworks from our balcony 😍

The staff of the hotel were very helpful, the manager organised all park tickets for us (Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen mountain), the transportation from Zhangjiajie city to the hotel and in the morning the manager drove us to the park entrance.
The hotel is only 2km from the park entrance. In the evening we were walking back.
We had nice chats with the staff and were invited to share tea with them.
XibuStreet Inn manager has been extremely kind with us. His wife speaks English and we have been using translator app to communicate.

The room is large and unique, with all original wood furniture, very well cleaned, faucets sparkling, and complete disposable supplies, very convenient. The staff is very friendly, it only costs a few dollars to take a taxi to the scenic spot, and it only takes five minutes to get to the downtown area for supper, which is very convenient. They picked us up from the high-speed rail station and sent us to the gate of the scenic spot, which is very considerate. Recommended!!!
