這次旅行體驗堪稱完美，特別感謝導遊軍軍的貼心服務！軍軍小姐姐不僅熱情爽朗，還擁有超強的親和力，從行程規劃到景點講解都細緻入微，連用餐、休息等細節都安排得井井有條。最讓人驚喜的是，她很受小朋友喜歡，全程小朋友一直黏着她，有小朋友不能玩的項目也是她帶着小朋友，我們體驗我們的，很感謝她！
入住的酒店也令人印象深刻：地理位置優越，離核心景點近，房間整潔明亮，床品柔軟舒適；工作人員笑容温暖，提供小童用品，服務五星級。最後一天還送了暖心的迎接禮物。很開心！更幸運的是天公作美，微風和煦的天氣讓户外活動格外愜意，既無烈日暴曬也不覺寒涼，拍照光線都格外温柔！
還有司機師傅也很暖心，駕駛技術一級棒，我們基本上車睡覺💤，很穩很有安全感，車裡很乾凈！人也很帥！

離機場很近，店家還有接送機服務非常方便。房間有個陽台可以直接望見天門山，整體還是很安靜的，很久沒有體驗過犬吠蟬鳴的環境了。

老闆人很好，離機場非常近，有接送機服務。站在院內就能看見天門山的洞，不用花大價錢買門票了。

離機場五六分鐘路程，可以看到天門山，主要是太晚飛機，去休息幾個小時訂的。而且這麼便宜的價格還有接送機服務，真的不知道老闆娘怎麼賺錢？這要是天熱還要開空調的電費，來回接送汽油費，這樣一算感覺老闆娘都虧錢，我們住了四五個小時沒有洗澡，那個衞生間台盆水龍頭不牢固可以網上買個固定器裝上，其他都挺好的。空調開了一會又關了想給老闆娘省電，房間這麼便宜價格感覺都不好意思用，哈哈哈。謝謝老闆娘送我們去機場！

到張家界的第一晚入住的，離機場很近，打完電話，老闆娘10分鐘左右就接上了我們。
環境是自家小院的風格，也許設施上有些陳舊，但很乾凈，被子很乾燥，沒有一點潮的感覺，這在山區來説很不容易。
第二天一早，老闆娘又把我們直接送到中心汽車站，讓我們可以直接坐車去森林公園，非常感謝。
