Zhangjiajie Yongding District Hotels

I chose this hotel because i read from past reviews that shuttle bus service is provided to the high-speed railway station, which was a major deciding factor for my booking. However, during my stay, the service was not offered to us at all. When we inquired at the front desk, we were simply told to take a taxi instead. Aside from this issue, the hotel room and cleanliness are impeccable. The room was spacious and we have a comfortable stay. Right outside are a row of eateries so there’s no lack of food choice.

The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. I even left my hat behind, and they helped mail it back to me. Very satisfied, I'll definitely be back!

This hotel was really amazing. It was easy to get to using didi from the airport (around 15rmb) and to get from there all around town. But most importantly it's a short walking distance from the cable car up Tianmenshan, which allowed us to get there super early and still sleep well on the comfortable beds. The view was really nice, the internet quick and everything was clean and well organized. Even though we got a smoking room (we don't smoke) nothing smelled like cigarettes so they even managed to keep that clean. Would really recommend and come back to.

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at noon with our suitcases, the owner immediately helped us with our luggage, and his wife was also very kind. The inn is about a fifteen-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the double room on the second floor doesn't get any sunlight, so it can be a bit dark. The twin room gets sunlight and would be a better option, so I'd recommend booking a twin room.

1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage

The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, making our experience as pleasant as possible. *Delicious Breakfasts* Every morning, we were delighted by the tasty breakfasts, the variety of which pleasantly surprised us. It’s a great way to start the day! *Professionalism of the Reception Manager* We would like to express special thanks to the manager, Jessie. She was incredibly helpful and assisted us with purchasing tickets for the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Jessie explained all the details very well and helped us choose the best route. She also assisted us with tickets to Zhangjiajie Park, for which we are very grateful. *Excellent Location* The hotel is in an ideal location—just a 3-minute walk from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain and close to many cafes. This is very convenient for those who want to enjoy local cuisine and the atmosphere. *Conclusion* Thank you very much to the Hampton by Hilton for a comfortable stay and excellent service! We will definitely return here again. Everything was simply wonderful!

🌏 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they offered us a free transfer. The driver was a bit late, but the staff handled it with such care — they even gave us a complimentary return transfer to the train station as an apology. That’s what I call genuine hospitality! The reception girls were absolute sweethearts. Kind, patient, they explained everything with the help of a translator, served us hot tea, and even brought fruit as a welcome gift. Honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of heartfelt care and warmth there. Here, you feel not like a client, but a truly welcome guest. The room was pure harmony — spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Slippers, a hygiene kit, a hairbrush, and even women’s sanitary products were provided — such a rare and considerate touch. The panoramic windows were huge (yes, the view was of a construction site), but the atmosphere inside was so pleasant it didn’t matter at all. And the tea ceremony table was the cherry on top, making the whole stay feel cultural and special. This hotel proves that true comfort doesn’t come from stars, but from genuine care, warm smiles, and attention to details. P.S. Oh, and the sweetest surprise — our stay happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel gifted us a box of mooncakes 🎑🥮. It wasn’t just a gift, it felt like a piece of tradition and celebration shared with us. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture that turned our trip into something truly memorable.

The location of the hotel was really good, was easy to access and walkable. The hotel is a bit old and run down but I can see it being very glorious in it's prime. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the hotel manager which more than made up for the dated look of the hotel. Overall if you don't need the bells and whistles, this hotel will do, the room is spacious, plenty of space to spread out luggage. I will stay here again. Happy travels everyone, stay safe.

The personalized butler service at Yunmei Bieyuan is truly outstanding, and it's definitely the hotel's most praised aspect. From the moment I booked until check-out, the staff provided attentive and meticulous care, responding promptly to all my needs. Their friendly and natural service made me feel completely at home. The exquisite dining is also excellent. The hotel restaurant's breakfast, in particular, was both beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. They use fresh ingredients and often incorporate local specialties to create innovative fusion dishes.
