I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

Top notch. Free ferry service from chongli station. The hotel is just outside the ski park. Friendly service. Super nice n big room. Breakfast is fine as well. The view from the balcony is great. N there is a supermarket right below. Plus plus fro family with young childrens

The hotel is very good, close to 5 star standard. Therefore, the service level and attitude of the staff are very good and professional. In particular, the restaurant manager Xiaomin deserves special praise. She was very enthusiastic in helping to heat up meals, bringing food to the children, and taking good care of the guests, which was very impressive.

The housekeeper will inform you of the room information and password before check-in. The room is clean and tidy and the garbage is cleaned every day, which is very good. If you have any questions or problems, the housekeeper can solve them very well. It is not far from Fulong Ski Resort and the county town, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk. You can take a shuttle bus to the ski resort.

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me. The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy. Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach. Breakfast has lots of options.

H Hello Youshang Hotel feels like an abandoned hotel. The hot and cold water signs are inconsistent with the actual situation. You cannot use the hand basin when you open the bathroom door. There are a few nail holes left on the wall. The socket on the wall also fell off. It was taped with transparent tape and fell off again. The lid of the toilet also fell off. It's not matching, the floor seems to be unsanitary, and the tiles on the floor are movable.

It's very convenient to go out to eat. It's a 10-minute walk from the small square with the ski sculpture. The girl at the front desk was very nice, the room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a very small underground garage, which tests your driving skills. The hotel facilities are a bit old, there are some stains in the pool in the room that cannot be washed away, the walls are also dirty, and the windows are very small. The water heater is not powerful and it is not convenient to take a shower. You can only wash for 15 minutes and then have to wait for 40 minutes before washing again.

The room is very spacious, and the community environment is also good. Parking is free. The interior is relatively clean and quiet. It is very close to the main city. There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

Choosing the Galaxy Ski Resort is a hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness. 💯1️⃣The indoor space is large, the temperature is suitable, the room has a humidifier, and there is a wide corridor and storage table at the entrance, which is suitable for storing ski equipment. 2️⃣The geographical location is excellent. The balcony directly opposite the room is the Galaxy Ski Resort. The first floor of the hotel passes through the ski equipment hall and the fast food restaurant to reach the ski resort directly, and the experience is full. 3️⃣I naturally booked a 2-night group purchase package (I didn’t see it clearly, so I wasted a daytime ski ticket). Because of the time, the first night arrived in the early morning of the next day, but the check-in was super smooth! The stars in the mountains are very bright at night, so next time I book, I will definitely book a combination of a set meal and a separate room. 😏If I must make a suggestion, it is recommended that the hotel optimize the morning buffet (although the quality of the food is worth the price, hehe!)
