Stayed for 8 nights. The facilities are simple but everything you need is there. I am very grateful to the hotel staff: Yang Haiyan for taking care of me during this period. She helped me solve all the problems I encountered. On the last day, I was almost scalded by the hot water machine while having breakfast. I reported it to the hotel and they immediately called an engineer to fix it. It was fast and the service was good. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Genting! The location is also very convenient, right next to the 22 cableway, and you can slide in and out. The only drawback is that novices cannot go on the 22 cableway, and the 22 cableway will not open when the wind is too strong.

The room is decorated in an old-style hotel, but the king-size room is spacious, with a bathtub and a refrigerator, and fruits, yogurt, and small biscuits are delivered to the room at night. The hotel has four restaurants: Chinese restaurant, Vietnamese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, and Dian Yuede Tea Restaurant. When I went there, it happened to be a beer festival in the hotel, and there was an open-air barbecue in the small square in front of the hotel at night. On the first day of check-in, I tasted the Yueshe restaurant on the first floor for dinner. The environment was very good. Four people spent 370 yuan, and the Tom Yum soup tasted good. Breakfast is on the second floor, with Cantonese morning tea, Inner Mongolian morning tea, Western bread and cakes, etc., as well as some other things such as pancakes, wontons, etc. The dishes are rich, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help guests in need, such as giving pregnant women a backrest. Because a family member had a birthday during the trip, we booked a birthday banquet in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was very creatively decorated and we liked it very much. We can see that the hotel is very attentive. The acrostic poems based on the guests' names were displayed on the TV, on napkins, and even on the yogurt we drank. There was also a small interaction during the cake session, and the dishes tasted quite good. When I returned to the room, I unexpectedly found that there were also happy birthday candles and flowers in the room, and framed photos were given as gifts. Especially the clean and hygienic guest rooms, the bright windows and clean tables, the thoughtful and meticulous service, I felt at home. Overall, I was very satisfied and the service was super five-star praise. I will consider coming again.

The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

It was our first time to come to Zhangjiakou, because this hotel made us like Zhangjiakou instantly. The hotel's service, sanitary conditions and hardware facilities are all first-class. The evening buffet and breakfast are very good. The price/performance ratio is too high. I will stay here again in the future!
