This hotel stay experience was great! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and checked us in quickly and attentively. The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the restaurant waiters will add water and ask about your needs in a timely manner. The hotel service is attentive everywhere, and it must be praised! I am really touched by the service of this hotel! I asked a lot of questions before the trip and the customer service answered them patiently. When checking in, we arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff still kept smiling. During the stay, the room service responded very quickly and met all the requests. This trip was made even better by this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel! The service was first class, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned meticulously. The hotel's food and beverage service was also excellent. 睡1萬7的床太超值了，非常非常舒服，調整到0壓模式躺下去不想起來。陷在床裏變換各種床的角度。 健身房器械超多，比五星酒店設定還好，隨便練，很爽。 房間裏沒有桌子，打電話後給我們拿了一張大長桌過來，解決了辦公問題。 早餐水果品質特別好，新疆庫爾勒香梨全是母梨，非常甜。早餐沒有什麼肉，不過這價格超值了。 五一下雪了，但是酒店有地暖，房間25度，很暖和。 直接安排的房間就是國家隊的這個國旗樓，很開心。 下沉廣場有好幾家餐廳，火鍋雞中午員工餐的扁豆飯超級好吃！（沒有白米飯了，給我們按白米飯的價格提供的） 奧運村門口是太子城遺址，這個遺址設計得很高級。傍晚去轉了轉，沒人，夕陽很美。 停車免費，就停在住的樓下馬路邊就可以。 這價格體驗太好太超值！ 缺點 健身房衹能在白天使用，晚上不開了。早上也是8點才開門。

前台服務人員都挺熱情的，餐廳服務也不錯，早餐很豐盛的，早餐咖啡是星巴克的瓶裝倒在壺裡的，晚飯點菜炒的也可以。房間整體還不錯，床可以調整前後角度，淋浴間比較小，但是熱水基本上秒出，並且水流很大。園區裏有下沉廣場，裡邊有挺多飯店也有超市，園區裏有足球場和籃球館但是都沒開放，中國隊的樓還掛着國旗。
