It's really good. There are a lot of places to eat and play around. The password lock is convenient. I didn't have any contact with the landlord during the whole process.

I moved in during May Day. The price/performance ratio is relatively high. The second-story house looks unprepossessing from the outside. The room is spacious and newly renovated and relatively quiet. The projection effect looks good and it feels like home. It is convenient to take a taxi and there are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is also very enthusiastic.
The disadvantage is that the bathroom should have a shower curtain to prevent bath water from splashing all over the room. The toilet drain pipe is not very soundproof and the flushing sound upstairs is too loud.
