The hotel is amazing!!! The most friendly personal i ever seen!!! Thank Candice for help and explanation all!!! Very good English of most hotel staff. Restaurant and breakfast high level and delicious!!! Very good room for children and if you want, you can walk with dogs, it’s so lovely! My son wants already returned here! I chose hotel long time, and it’s the best my choice of hotel, it situation between two ski resorts in beautiful aria near lake.

Hotel facilites were excpetional and the service was fantastic.
The room I booked was a suite and was the biggest suite I have had the pleasure of staying in. Xonsidering the size I believed it to be good value
It is about 2km from the Thaiwoo ski fields and whilst there was a shuttle of you missed it which I did it you either had to get a taxi/didi which at the peak time of day was a very long time. The walk is long in ski boots which I wouldnt recommend.
Special mention to Andy who looked after me whilst I was there, he went out of his way to made the stay as pleasant as possible

A very nice hotel in a winter Sport location, a village with food places and facilities nearby. Very friendly service personnel. Excellent breakfast. Very nice overall and O would recommend!

The hotel is tastefully designed and is very close to Xueruyi, Genting and Taiwu, which is quite convenient. The service at the front desk is very friendly and the experience is very good. I feel that the hotel employee Candice is very warm and friendly. The room hygiene is very good and there is free parking. It will be a good choice to come here to escape the heat in the summer.
