房間乾淨整潔，床品很好，睡的很舒服，價格相對比較便宜，還有免費的早餐，餐廳就在同一樓層。走廊裏放的礦泉水和捲紙，需要都可以自取。總體感覺很滿意！

非常好，床是我住過最軟的了，晚上睡着很舒服，礦泉水也是自助式的隨便拿，還贈送早餐和汗蒸服務，可以説是張家口性價比最高的酒店了

如果客服實話實説而不是惡意的説我因為想要換房兒找茬説Wi-Fi不行的話，我不會給這麼差的評價，最後還是通過攜程官方客服協助解決。不做其他評論，看圖吧。不過還是可以通過價格、會員機制、汗蒸房配套等等能看出老闆是有想法的，但是運營真的是差。不推薦，也不會再來。

先説整體，除了便宜沒有任何優勢，以後肯定不住這裏了。酒店的設施感覺像是二手的，我選酒店的時候特意選的24年開業。我很納悶，好評這麼多是怎麼來的，難道是我要求高嗎？還是説酒店環境對商務出差的人不友好，沒考慮到商務出差的需求？商家也不用聯繫我刪評價。辦入住的時候推薦花88辦會員，還好沒辦，辦了血虧，很少給酒店差評這個真忍不了❗❗❗❗
下面展開説説哪裡不行，有圖有真相。
1.廁所有異味
2.房間一共有3個插座，床頭一個，窗户一個，走廊一個，床頭的插座鎖不住充電器，根本用不了，相當無語。
3.門口隔音很差，早上是被外面樓道的人吵醒的
4.附近有ktv晚上很影響睡眠，晚上2點沒人唱歌才睡下。
5.早上退房前台問我住的怎樣，我回復不好，也沒問為什麼，那你問這話是什麼意思呢？不讓我説哪裡不滿意，還是管理要求問衹是象徵性的問一下？
6.洗澡間沒有置物架，我想請問沐浴露放哪裡？放地下？放外面？
7.床墊有異響，翻身就有動靜，對聲音敏感的人不好

房間很大，隔音效果不錯，晚上美美的睡了一覺。早餐供應足，得到了一致好評，辦理入住的服務員無論入住和退房都高效專業，點贊。

位置不錯，出門就是33路公交車，可直達火車站，離張家口博物館也就幾百米的距離，再向下走，就是大學城的美食一條街。隔條馬路有個大超市。總之，出行，吃喝挺方便的。
酒店設施，整體不錯，有免費的水，奶茶。。。還含早餐（早餐服務的大姐，人很親切）和夜宵，雖然衹提供餛飩，但餛飩的味道當真還可以。
唯一不足的是，洗浴的沒有設定門，也沒有浴簾，這樣洗澡水會濺到外面，這樣馬桶蓋，洗潄台的地面都是水，很容易滑倒，如果是帶長者和小孩來的，建議帶雙防滑的拖鞋。
