總體感覺非常不錯。外觀和環境非常符合富龍小鎮歐式風格的定位。房間寬敞明亮，有一個開放式的陽台可以欣賞室外滿眼的綠意。但是通往室外的小門需要呼叫服務員來開關，這一點不是很方便。另外房間和樓道內還是有一點點味道。

這次來富龍四季小鎮玩，感覺不錯，房間很大，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，並且還有個小冰箱，很方便，服務生很熱情，有問必答，早餐也很好，品種多樣，下次來玩，必選富龍。

9月初，已經是淡季了。人少，天氣涼快，特別適合度假，就在小鎮裏喝喝咖啡，看看藍天，舒服。酒店早餐一般，停車方便，服務員人員熱情周到，環境不錯，下次再來。

酒店很大，房間舒服，工作人員態度好。坐5號纜車到山頂，可以看到正在建的鋼架結構，雖然還沒有完全完工，但是感覺很現代，拍照好看。另外山頂上的天空之鏡、躺平鴨及空中秋千拍照也很出彩。特別是從5號纜車山頂通往1號纜車山頂的小路兩邊開滿了小花，非常美麗。富龍小鎮中心的景色及噴泉也很好看。非常美好的一次度假體驗。

房間寬敞，前台服務也很好。就是老闆太吝嗇，請的清潔工太少，暑期入住，下午三點根本入住不了，需要等着打掃衞生。贈送的旅拍體驗很不錯，度假村景色適合拍照，攝影師很敬業，冒雨幫我們拍攝，給攝影師點贊！

房間整潔，衞生情況滿意。床尺寸很大適合帶娃的家庭出行。房間空調也很給力，室温舒服。
早餐種類不多，屬於基本水平。
因為自行車比賽酒店門口全面封路，也很順利的辦了退房退款，服務很人性化。

酒店前台接待人員熱情耐心，入住房間地面衞生有點失望，桌子底下和沙發底下都有一些毛絮。房間設施有點陳舊，衞生間門竟然用一根小木棍支撐，枱麪斑駁，做為五星級酒店衞生間枱麪沒有擺放小毛巾（問服務員説倉庫沒貨了，還沒有洗出來），沒有放大鏡，設施簡陋，與五星級酒店不相匹配。
酒店的地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜，環境還不錯！
