設施老舊，廁所衞生差，住酒店，第一次忍着沒刷牙，牙杯還不如換成紙杯。房間裏的電話是打不通的，攜程上前台的電話是空號，最後從百度地圖上找到前台電話。要不是離親戚家近，萬不能選。和別的格林豪泰比，可能是最差。

開了兩間房，房間設施十分老舊，窗户特別小，屋裡黑乎乎，特別悶，不通風，而且居然沒有空調！夏天30來度沒有空調！！辦入住時前台説空調壞了，晚上八點能修好，結果一直到第二天早晨退房也根本不能用，開着窗子睡但沒有紗窗，還有蚊子，熱的一夜沒睡好。給了三份早餐，但是早餐不是自助，是個老太太在那裡給你拿，限量供應，前邊的人多要了一碗粥就説“你們要的夠了”，不給了。排了半天隊，到我們了，把餐券要走了，直接把我們跳過去給後邊人拿餐去了，我説我們排半天怎麼不給我們給後邊？服務員態度惡劣：“我這就一個人，忙不過來！”辦錯事還聽理直氣壯。找前台反應情況，前台服務員態度冷淡，“餐廳跟我們不是一家，我給你反應一下。”就沒下文了。住過最差的酒店，不建議來。

路過宣化，隨便選擇了這家酒店。酒店親子房的房間很大，但是設施比較陳舊，尤其是衞生間，給我感覺和之前在其他地方住過的格林豪泰差距很大。酒店樓下停車比較方便，早餐也還可以。

最差的一次體驗了，廁所反味，一股子一股子臭味，換個房間依然臭。廁所馬桶都臟的要命。更要命的是房間沒有安全鎖，晚上衹能用凳子頂着門將就一下

全國連鎖酒店，結果就這樣的設施，窗簾掉，衞生間紙架生銹，馬桶臟，房間裏還是一股子捂臭的氣味，現在全都是下午兩點退房，他這還必須中午12點前退房，衹能用一個字評價，差，太差，差中之差！
