必須大大點贊👍 我們深夜入住，前台接待熱情大方，第二天一早退房後，匆匆離開，趕往下一個城市，才發現不慎遺忘了一衹無線耳機在枕邊，一經聯繫，前台馬上找到，並動作神速地安排順豐快遞寄往我們指定的地點，太給力了👍👍

房間一般，床是老式的席夢思，咯吱咯吱響。這地方風大，晚上不知道外牆上有什麼東西，整晚都在***的拍打後牆，一晚上沒睡好，凌晨4點左右讓前台換一間房，説換不了，沒房了！我馬上在網又訂了一間，結果顯示還有房！感覺很差

圖片真相在這裏呢大家出門住店就圖乾淨，舒服。價格是你們自己在網上定的，我們下了單你又説不是這不是那的。而且前台的態度不好，這次出門一個赤峯的四季酒店，一個這家店真的讓人很不舒服。設施設備沒有也就算了，最起碼的衞生和安全都不能保證。

服務態度很差！房間裏電視不能看，問前台能不能修，前台説維修人員出去買東西了，然後就沒下文了。多次打電話後，來了一個保安給開了一間客房，結果電視也無法使用，保安還很傲慢，説是即使電視壞了，也不能換房，因為已經住過了。另外，房間的床上還發現了蟲子，真是夠了😡
