Don't book this room type. It's dark and shady. The key is that the balcony door is broken and can't be closed at all. It's covered with a piece of torn plastic sheet. It makes a rustling sound all night when the wind blows, blowing air into the room. The TV can't change channels. The waiter came to try twice and said that the remote control was broken. The engineering department came once and found that the wire contact was poor. One of the bathrooms smelled foul. The management standard of this hotel is really low. Everything is fooled. Genting is a very good brand, but the management here seems so low. There are many newly built smart hotels around, and the cost performance is very high. I suggest you compare them carefully.

I had a great time skiing in Genting. The room was nice, and there was an upper and lower floor. My kids climbed up to experience it.
