Room was excellent with beautiful view of the ski slopes. Buffet breakfast was surprisingly good. However, staff were bad at acknowledging patrons walking to and from the hotel which I tink is basic customer service.

The service was great. The hotel was extra close to the shuttle bus and to the ski slopes! Breakfast was solid and I must tell that the sunny-side-up eggs were really our kind of breakfast just before we went skiing 😁😁

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very close to the train station and there is a complimentary shuttle service.
It is also right next to Cuiyunshan Galaxy Ski Field, hence providing a seamless skiing experience.

Excellent hotel. Clean, fresh, well managed. Polite and capable staff. Amazing breakfast. 5 minute Didi to FuLong Ski Resort. Will definitely stay there again. I wish all hotels in China were just like this!

Great hotel so conveniently located near the Chongli Train Station. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are so big if definitely feels so comfortable. I’ve already booked my next stay to escape from the Beijing heat

The hotel location is very good. It’s very quiet
The bed mattress has a higher quality and comfortable
The furniture has middle quality standards that is maybe the reason for the lower price
The breakfast is minimum to middle standard
Inside the room is smelling very strong from the rest room even the fan is running

Because it was off-season, we upgraded to Crowne Plaza. The room was bigger than the Express and had a bathtub. The facilities and equipment were very good, the sanitary conditions were also very good, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. My child said he would come again in the summer and would choose this hotel again then.

Super satisfied. If Alina at the front desk is spelled correctly, she is awesome. She helped me upgrade to Crowne Plaza and found a room facing the slopes. She also gave me some extra fruit. It's not an exaggeration to describe it as perfect.
