Top notch. Free ferry service from chongli station. The hotel is just outside the ski park. Friendly service. Super nice n big room. Breakfast is fine as well. The view from the balcony is great. N there is a supermarket right below. Plus plus fro family with young childrens

Great location, 3mins walking distance to ski slope . Rooms are spacious and clean. We booked 2 storeys family room which are very spacious and good for 6-7 pax.

Located right in the resort with lots of shops. However most of them are not opened (maybe it’s not the peak season). Nothing to complain except that there is only 1 lift for the entire block (there are 19 blks all linked by B1) and the staircase are all locked. Might take up to 10mins for an available lift.

Good to go for ski but the lines for daily ski tickets are very long in the morning. They don't sell 1 day or 2 days in advance which is very inconvenient. The lines are empty after during and after dinner time.
Buy the package with ski ticket is recommended as it costs rmb3xx per person for 4 hrs.

Although our first room had issues with the water but it was resolved quickly. The manager even upgraded us and checked the new room and stayed till he was sure everything was OK.

Facilities: The room is great. We booked a duplex on the second floor. All the requirements were met. The room is large and very suitable for family travel, but the wifi is not very good.
Hygiene: Very clean and satisfactory, but the waiting time was too long when checking in. It is relatively cold in this season. There is no place to stay with the elderly and children, which slightly detracts from the score.
Environment: Good
Service: The service staff are very good. It is always a long time to call the front desk or customer service number, and no one answers. If you are in a hurry, you can only go to the lobby to directly express your needs...

The room has a balcony with a beautiful view, but unfortunately there was no fountain at night when we were not in the peak season. The hotel front desk and the guest room internal telephone were always unreachable, which was quite frustrating. Many shops on B1 were closed, and the simple meals we had for convenience at noon tasted terrible and were double the price.
