The room was nice and it wasn't cold even after midnight. The room also has an electric heater. The bathroom also has a heated towel rack, which is very convenient for drying clothes. Ruyi room type. The balcony outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is Xue Ruyi. Breakfast was okay too. The only thing that needs improvement is that the signboard is too small and I always go to the wrong hotel next door.

Very disappointed, compared to when it first opened two years ago, it’s more than a little bit worse. Check-in first, because their equipment was damaged by the heavy rain and had to stand at the front desk for more than half an hour. Then the hygiene was obviously not cleaned well! There was a distinguished guest's hair, which was very obvious, and fell out in surprise when the curtains were opened. The first night I took a shower, the shower head actually fell off and there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Two days after booking, no one came to clean the room even though the room cleaning light was turned on! The purity is incredible, and what’s more, there is only breakfast, and there is no place to eat at other times! Can’t order takeout yet! The front desk said that you can eat at Metropark next door, but it’s expensive and tastes terrible! The service attitude is not very good. The rice you ordered was cooled down and your hair was still on it. Real review!

體驗真的好好！一開始還以為會有人吸煙 但發現酒店根本禁煙的！也不知道之前的評論是為何説有吸煙的人 👍 尤其感謝兩位前台妹子 王雅珍 王凱軒 很耐心幫我弄無證認證入住！還給我們很高效的處理了送雪票！以後來崇禮 打算就住在這裏啦！ 真的是衹想着滑雪了 完全忘記要住酒店帶身份證 甚至崇禮回京的高速路也有人檢查身份證訊息 也提醒大家最好要帶身份證

張家口雪如意睿景酒店 20250215入住A315 與朋友一起去雪如意滑雪場玩，所以預訂了雪場附近的酒店，最後根據取消政策的優勢選擇了睿景的如意套房。根據導航抵達酒店區域後發現停車場指示標並不明顯，而且照明明顯不夠。抵達前台後辦理入住手續，前台員工王雅珍和王凱軒比較熟練地安排了3層A棟的房間，介紹了酒店/雪場/餐飲/接駁車等設施和營業時間，贈送了歡迎小禮物。房間中規中矩的標準套房，雙陽台設定顯得空間很大，主客衞都配備了智能馬桶，主動提供了8瓶礦泉水和加濕器/凈化器，這點非常貼心。房間內沒有空調，但也沒有找到地暖的控制面板，所以日落後室內温度整體偏低，配備了電暖氣但效果不佳，洗澡後還是會覺得有些冷，房間內布草類沒有地巾。床品比較舒適，軟硬枕頭都很舒服。 晚餐在酒店2層的自助餐廳解決，價格80元一位不算貴，菜品屬於國企食堂級別；兩個涼菜/雪花雞排/紅燒肉/果味雞球/炒木耳/番茄炒蛋，主食配了米飯/豆包和明檔現煮的麪，整體屬於能吃飽的級別【僅供參考】。 雖然整體給了5分評價，但酒店在軟硬件方面還是有明顯的缺陷。也希望酒店可以看到點評後多加重視。 1.房間弱點線路的佈置，床頭/辦公桌前面的部分插頭、USB供電無法使用，控制面板操作混亂（如客衞的照明和排風按鈕裝反了等情況）。 2.衞生死角過多，窗簾旁邊有沒打掃乾淨的碎屑，進門鞋櫃內有兩個包裝袋（垃圾），小冰箱裏有上一個客人落下的酸奶和葯品。【見圖5/6】 3.入住後需要休息就打開了請勿打擾設定，20分鐘後有服務員敲門送了兩瓶軟飲，明顯管理培訓方面不到位，員工根本不知道該怎麼處理這類情況。

帶孩子來崇禮滑雪，選擇新開的雪如意雪場，這家酒店離雪如意雪場最近，就在國家跳台滑雪中心對面，今年新開的，房間配套都很新，平時入住率也就20%-30%，人不多。早餐很好吃，中西都有，還挺豐富的。酒店有接駁巴士來回太子城高鐵站，離着太舞也不太遠。住酒店送了雪如意的雪票還是很實惠的。

房間床單上還有別的客人殘留的人下體的毛髮，這點非常讓人噁心。還好工作人員的態度還算好，給換了新的床單，留了果盤和小禮物。但四星級酒店，着實不應該出這樣的衞生問題。
