Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus.

I have been staying at Huanhuo Hotel since it opened. I come here several times every winter. During peak season, the front desk is really overwhelmed. We receive about 1,000 people every day. The lobby is really not very quiet, but the advantages always outweigh the disadvantages. There is a ski slope right outside the hotel, and there is a ski equipment hall on the commercial street. This year, there are more abundant food and beverages: milk tea, rice noodles, Fu Maya, flat noodles... I contact Li Mei every year. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Wanlong Ski Resort, you can see it from the window. There is also a free shuttle bus every day. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is poor. On the night of the 3rd, I was woken up by the sound of joking and singing in the next room at 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk three or four times but couldn't solve the problem. In the end, I went to the next room and knocked on the door to calm down. It’s so convenient to take the high-speed rail to and from Xuanhua. Although it is not far from the station, there is no hustle and bustle. Atour has its own positioning. Great location in the center of town. Front desk was very helpful and adapted to communicating through phone translation. Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

I chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me.
The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy.
Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach.
Breakfast has lots of options.

We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

GGuest UserFacilities: The room is spacious and warm, and there is a small balcony to see the snow-capped mountains. The hotel itself is not big, but it is connected to the Intercontinental next door. The facilities seem to be universal. Breakfast is also eaten at the Intercontinental, which is very rich! The only drawback is that the toilet is not smart and cannot be heated.
Hygiene: The hotel is very clean both in the public area and in the room. The king-size bed room we booked has three separate washing, bathing and toilets. This is my favorite dry and wet separation method, which is very convenient to use.
Service: All staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk will greet you warmly, and the doorman will take the initiative to open the door and guide. Especially the dog at the front desk, who has to open on holidays, with a face full of grievances, but it’s so cute!

Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.

JJen TStay in Dec 2024. Room wise is ok - Big and clean. There is a ski shop where we rented rather new ski equipments at a reasonable price. However, there is no food options around except the hotel n the hotel next to it. Have to take a car to Thai Woo Ski Resort for Mac which is abt 6 min drive at night. In the day, Thai woo has many other options. Otherwise will be to the town (xian Cheng) which is abt 30 Min drive away.
The free shuttle bus which ply between the railway station n hotel stops outside the Xue ru Yi ski resort and we had to walk in abt 300m n up the slope/stairs in the cold to the hotel. Need to take note of the sub names of Xue Ru Yi hotels as there are 2 sub hotels Xue ru Yi - 睿景 (rui Jing) and Xue ruyi - 维景 (wei Jing) hotels.

The hot spring facilities are not bad, the swimming pool is 25 meters, the water quality is clear and there is no disinfectant smell, the water temperature feels slightly lower, and it feels a bit cold when it first enters the water. There are several indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The indoor air feels a bit stuffy, especially the indoor has a lot of plastic fake plants. The smell is not good. It is really a bit big. In contrast, there are many outdoor ventilation. The temperature is also suitable for this season. The outdoor bubble does not feel cold. There are three showers in the bathing place, and the water is not smooth. I feel that the reception conditions are limited when there are many guests. I can go back to my room to take a shower.
The breakfast the next day was quite rich, and I was full. I could go to the hot springs in the morning or exercise in the gym.

The guest service at the front desk is very friendly, and every service staff will do their best to help, including Dora, thank you all! The breakfast is very rich, with baby dining chairs and baby tableware. You can apply for a ski pass in the hotel lobby. The ski resort is downstairs, and you can see the cable car and ski slopes on the balcony. The hotel also provides free ski lockers for free, which is very convenient. 1) I have high requirements for accommodation. The newness and environment are the primary considerations. I am very satisfied with Building D in Nanshanli. The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and the linen quality is also good. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom is a bit small, but it is acceptable.
2) Service: Miss Miao Xinrui's service is particularly good. Before going there, I also booked another hotel of the same grade (I directly cancelled the other reservation after hanging up the phone: p). I called to ask about the situation. It happened that Miss Miao answered the phone and introduced the hotel situation in detail. I paid in advance and locked the room in Building D.
