I went back to Beijing on the second day of the Chinese New Year and rested for a day. I came back on the third day. The hotel service was still in place this time. I had plenty of time. I had dinner in the executive lounge and the barbecue restaurant for two days. The simple meals in the executive lounge were exquisite, and the barbecue restaurant had rich dishes. They were all very good! There was a small episode when I left the hotel, because I had added Mr. Jiang Yimin from the breakfast restaurant on WeChat before, and I asked him to help me solve it. The children like it here very much, and I look forward to coming again in the summer vacation!

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

I had an exam and didn't book a hotel, so Ctrip arranged for me to come here. The environment was very good, the staff was gentle and polite, which made me relax greatly before the exam and relieved the anxiety caused by the long journey. The breakfast was rich and tempting, but unfortunately I didn't eat much because of my bad stomach. I had a little hypoglycemia during the day, and the hotel staff ran a long way to find a big bag of fruit candy for me. It was a very happy experience. I wish the hotel business will be prosperous and better.

It was our first time to come to Zhangjiakou, because this hotel made us like Zhangjiakou instantly. The hotel's service, sanitary conditions and hardware facilities are all first-class. We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The Cantonese breakfast is super good, with many varieties, authentic steamed chicken feet, steamed spare ribs, shrimp dumplings, and fish porridge are all great. Very good, I didn't experience bathing and swimming, the first choice when I came to Zhangjiakou.

Recommended hotels for self-driving. The location of the hotel is extremely advantageous. It is a state-owned hotel that should be of four-star standard. It has its own independent yard and parking lot. It is located in the core and prosperous area of Xuanhua District, opposite the Catholic Church and Xuanhua Museum, and 50 minutes away from the Muslim Chaoyang Tower Hotel (Breakfast). Chinese food is available), Chaoyang Shopping Center and Commercial Pedestrian Street are 300 to 400 meters away, and 3 ancient city towers including the Drum Tower are within about 1 kilometer. We live in Building B, which should be an old building renovated. The room size is okay, the bedding, towels, and bath towels are all new. The shower has both fixed overhead shower heads and handheld shower heads. The texture of the body wash and shampoo is also very good. good. The hotel lobby is in Tower C, and the price of rooms in Tower C is higher. The service staff at the hotel were very kind and friendly, and the overall stay was great.
