Came to Chongli to ski, chose the stay and ski package, overall it was quite convenient, but you can't ski in and out of the hotel... The management is a bit messy, stayed for two days, went to the front desk three times to ask, but still couldn't open the door the next day... I was quite angry as I was exhausted after skiing It was clean, other staff were quite good... went to other floors to find friends, couldn't swipe the elevator, took the initiative to help swipe the card, quite enthusiastic and heartwarming

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

The advantages of the parent-child suite we stayed in are as follows: First, there are many beds, a double bed, a bunk bed, and a children's tent that can also sleep small children. In addition, the bed is relatively hard, which is suitable for students with bad waists. Second, it is convenient to eat. In addition to Heytea and other restaurants, the Prince Canteen on B1 is similar to Food Republic, where you can choose your own meals and pay for them. The price is reasonable. A plate of meat dishes is 29, a plate of vegetarian dishes is 19, and there are all kinds of noodles and soup noodles. You can basically find them, or go directly to Lawson convenience store to eat good stew. Disadvantages are as follows: 1. There is no refrigerator in Prince Hotel and Prince Apartment. The replacement method is to put the bag outside the window (learned by referring to the method of other rooms). Unexpectedly, the oranges were frozen and could not be eaten. 2. There is a problem with the hot water supply for showers in Prince Hotel and Prince Apartment. The hotel directly posted instructions in the bathroom (see picture), 15 minutes at most at a time, and 45 minutes at intervals. 3. There is an induction cooker but it cannot be turned on. There is a picture showing that you need to find the housekeeping department to rent it, but the front desk said that the induction cookers in Prince Hotel and Prince Apartment are disabled, so please pay attention. 4. It is not convenient to slide in and out. Prince Hotel has 9 buildings, and the apartment is even farther away. It will be exhausting to carry snowboards and snowshoes. 5. There is only 22 ropes at the entrance of Prince Hotel, which is a 6-person windproof chairlift. It is not suitable for novices, and the queue is much slower than the 1-rope hanging box at the entrance of Genting Hotel.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel's hardware facilities are impeccable. The room facilities are complete and modern: the hair dryer of Lifen, the TV can cast screen, and the electric curtains are more than half of the five-star hotels. I especially want to praise the meal delivery service. I stayed a little longer this time. The meals were delivered to the room every day, and the meals were delicious. The only flaw was that when I checked in, I found a blood stain on the quilt that was not cleaned up. It should be left by the previous guest. It was a bit disgusting. Fortunately, I brought a disposable quilt cover. I hope it can be improved later. Overall, the cost performance is very high~ You can relax and rest for a few days, and you can also work quietly. I will come to stay next time I take a vacation!

And some supporting services... Because it was my first time staying, the service staff helped to push the luggage and guided me to check in to the room in detail! The room facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, bright, clean and tidy! ! Because my husband happened to catch one of his birthdays, the hotel also made a cake in detail and sent it to the room. It was so unexpected and thoughtful! This stay was full of thoughtfulness and meticulousness! It made our family feel warm and comfortable! Sincerely thank the hotel service staff💖Thank you👍

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The Cantonese breakfast is super good, with many varieties, authentic steamed chicken feet, steamed spare ribs, shrimp dumplings, and fish porridge are all great. Very good, I didn't experience bathing and swimming, the first choice when I came to Zhangjiakou.
