It was the worst experience I've ever had. Around 5-6 years ago, our company went to a famous hotel nearby for team building, and the overall experience was super good. This time I happened to be with a friend in Hangzhou, so we thought we could drive here together. We chose a homestay with a good rating on Ctrip, with a score of 4.8. I didn’t expect it to be like this. I booked a loft room with twin beds. First, I didn't know the room was so small, stuffy, and damp, on the first floor, without any ventilation, and the bathroom was dirty and old, as was the room; Second, my child got sick that night, and I said the room was too stuffy, so the boss allowed us to sleep with the window open. We opened it, and there were people drying radishes outside, all kinds of pickled smells, and farmers were arguing about drying them at 4 o'clock; Third, we ruled out the child being sick. Of course, we were very grateful to the B&B for trying to find the spare medicine, but the room was so stuffy that even the adults couldn't sleep well. The surrounding facilities were very poor, and there was no pharmacy. The boss said that we should go to the hospital, which was 15 kilometers away. We were really panicked. Fortunately, the child was not seriously ill. Fourthly, regarding the breakfast photos that were reviewed on Ctrip, I don’t know where the photos came from, and there were no takeout or breakfast shops nearby. But the fact is that I came out at 9 o'clock that morning, and called the boss to say that there was no breakfast. Speechless, we took the children to the cafe of someone else's homestay, and the boss gave us boiled eggs, brown sugar buns, and porridge for free; Fifth, the dining environment doesn’t smell very good, and the taste is average; Sixth, Ctrip’s reviews mentioned a one-stop service of catering and beverages, but in fact, there is nothing in the village! ! ! In general, emm, I probably won't come to a B&B like Volcano Island again. . . No photos because it was such a terrible trip and I didn’t want to take any!

The appearance of the B&B and the design of the room are quite ingenious. The room is clean and sanitary, and the children like it very much. It is very close to the volcanic island scenic spot and is convenient for visiting. The dining in the B&B is convenient, the food is delicious and fresh, and the drinks in the beverage shop are also very delicious. The children can't stop drinking and want to try everything. Traveling on May Day, there were quite a lot of people, and there were plenty of places to eat and stay, but it was very quiet after nightfall. The boss is friendly and kind. When the children were hungry late at night and the chef was off duty, he bothered the boss to cook a big bowl of noodles.

The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear the noise from the next room when you sleep at night.

It was already time for dinner when we arrived at the B&B. We ordered a seafood set meal and cold drinks. It was really delicious. The seafood was fresh and the quantity was large. We were very satisfied and finished all the food. The tatami in the room is very comfortable, the floor is super clean, and I like the simple style. Will recommend to friends.

This homestay is quite unique. Some of the rooms are converted from containers. It takes only a dozen minutes' walk to the volcanic island scenic area. This time we stayed in a loft family room, which is suitable for families, but the clarity of the projector in the room was average.
