The decoration is quite good and luxurious, but the service is not very good.
When checking in, the lady at the front desk couldn't find my order and struggled for a long time (operational problem).
When I was drying my hair, the hair dryer suddenly short-circuited and couldn't be used. I went to the front desk to get it myself. The front desk manager said that it would be delivered to me immediately, but it didn't come after waiting for an hour. I called the front desk again and they said that they would deliver it immediately, but in fact, no one delivered it at all (ps: Thank God the hair dryer suddenly worked later, otherwise I would have to sleep with wet hair) The experience is really bad! ! ! !
