Floral Hotel·Qichi Hot Spring Homestay (Zhangzhou Ancient City Branch)

The customer service didn't seem to read Ctrip messages very much, and never responded to my questions. I had to call directly to solve it. The front desk was very easy to communicate with. The location of the homestay is very good in the ancient city, surrounded by treasure snack shops. I checked in one by one in the guide I made. The parking lot is very close and it takes 2 minutes to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the homestay to find someone to pick you up. The room is of moderate size, clean and tidy, and the facilities are very new. It is very comfortable to live in. You can bring your pet to stay. A small deposit will be charged. There is no problem for pets with good habits.

How dare you call it a "hot spring" hotel? It's simply deceiving consumers. It's just a fast hotel in a noisy street in the ancient city. They put a big vat with a cement bottom in the room and call it a "private hot spring"? The water from the faucet of that tank is slow to come out. The temperature is as low as 33 degrees. I stored water for a whole night and didn't even get half of the water in the tank. It's still freezing. Poor hygiene and soundproofing. Downstairs is the street and the bar. It was still noisy after 1am. It was the worst experience ever. Nothing like it! ! !

第一次住民宿，感覺還不錯，服務硬件啥的不輸酒店，在古城裡麪很方便，下次還來這家，隨手拍兩張～

新開的酒店，在古鎮裏裏麪 了。要是在古鎮旅遊較方便。但停車需要停到外面停車場。 先説好的方面，經理服務到位 酒店門口在修路很吵 反饋後立刻給我們換了房。小院子裏圍爐煮茶環境很好。沙發很舒服。 不滿意的地方主要有以下幾點 首先隔音確實很差，旁邊一個ktv唱到半夜 我們聽到了半夜。第二，浴室不是很專業 連個出浴的墊腳布都沒有。房間裏沒有冰箱。整體裝修氛圍還可以 但感覺質感不強。 整體比較適合在古鎮遊玩順便圖方便住住的人，對比同價位酒店存在一定差距。

智能管家“未上線”，用不了。在一個住4人的房間內放置一個無遮攔的大浴缸，請問讓人如果使用？圍爐煮茶的花茶非常難喝。 好的方面：地理位置優越，管家服務回覆挺快。有行李車在停車場之間接送。
