The house is located in a villa area, which was previously the residential area for overseas Chinese. I contacted the boss in advance and the car can be driven directly to the nearby area, which is very convenient. After leaving the villa area, the old city of Zhangzhou is across the road, which makes it very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping.
Environment: A very new room, the owner is willing to spend money, smart networking lighting curtains, smart toilet, matching shower set, hidden air conditioning outlet, the laundry room is on the first floor, very convenient.
Health: Live on the second floor. Clean and no odor.

I came to Zhangzhou for a May Day trip and spent a long time choosing this villa. It was definitely a good deal. The facilities are complete and the public areas are very comfortably designed. 馬路對面就是古城美食一條街，位置是超級超級好的，喜歡美食的住這裏最合適。民宿在老洋房小區裏，沒有前台會有管家來接，管家妹妹人很可愛，超級好的，後面空調有問題換房間，溝通的很愉快，還幫把行李運到另外一個別墅，幫我我曬了衣服～裝修很高級設施很新很棒，隔音效果也還可以，床軟硬適中比較舒服。 就是細節方面有待加強，畢竟一個民宿的好壞細節把控很重要。1、因為沒有床頭燈缺一個小夜燈，半夜起來開大燈太亮了 2、這個房間沒有紗窗導致不能開窗，蚊子實在太多了 3、空調是三菱的，可能p數太大了，馬力很足，風聲關不小，如果睡眠輕會導致睡不好～建議後面讓師傅改進一下。4、阿姨衞生真的搞得不太行，第一天床邊有碎紙，地磚擦的不是很乾凈。5.前面一個客人退房以後夏天可以點着蚊香液，這樣蚊子就不會跑進來。

端午的第一天假期，選擇了這家民宿，這是我住過最差的民宿了，一開始高高興興的來，走的時候真的是恨吶！！！
我來分享一下我的經歷給大家避雷吧，我假期前一天晚上到的時候是傍晚6點多的樣子，導航到民宿，我看上面寫的是有停車場的，結果過去一看就兩三個位置，然後還有一個類似於觀光車的已經給佔的位置，説明這個停車場並不屬於民宿的，而是整個小區的停車位，然後打電話給民宿老闆，老闆一開始讓我停在店門口，就要半個車身在台階上那種，就是那種衹有一條車道的那種路面，然後一開始覺得這裏很可能會被路過的電動車容易刮到，就説我技術有限，他就説他來開，然後老闆就給我找了一個不是停車位的那種，他開了過去，但是是人家門口，前面是一個斷頭路那種，半信半疑，我就留了個心眼，打開了離車記錄，還好打開了！！！第二天早上就發現車身就被颳了長長的幾道痕，電動車路過的給颳了，我就打電話給民宿老闆來處理，然後我也去修理廠問過了，至少補兩副漆，拋光拋不掉，真的是心疼我的車啊，然後跟民宿老闆説，老闆説他去問附近的人認不認識，然後過了兩三天了，這件事也沒下文了，後面民宿老闆也不管了，也不負責了。自駕的朋友們還是避雷吧，停車位少，電動車又來往的很多，容易被刮。三思啊！！！
再來説説住宿的地方吧，到的時候我以為至少是樓裏吧，結果給我帶到一樓的偏院，門口又是那種大樹，蚊蟲又多，一晚上都沒睡好！我還是好早之前訂的房間，真的是很失望，第二天早上又發現自己的車被颳了，然後自己旅遊的行程也被耽誤了。一整個人都不好了。真的是很差的一次經歷。自駕的兄弟姐妹們避雷吧！

交通方便，地理位置優越，距離古城特別近，走出去過個馬路就是。
套房硬、軟件設施有質感、非常新，沙發坐起來超舒服，床和枕頭很好睡，使用起來如在家一般，體驗感絕好，老闆裝修有誠意！
卧室、客廳空間設計合理、寬敞，但衞浴沒有做乾濕分離，空間特小，使我挺困惑的，因為洗完澡馬桶附近地面就濕掉了。
馬桶是全智能的，淋浴設施是市面上新款，顯示水温和時間，操作簡單，水流舒服，洗護用品香～
衞生有小瑕疵，之前住客的一次性拖鞋沒收掉，茶具沒清洗乾淨，上面掛了茶漬我也沒用。阿姨説看我一個人續住，第二天浴巾、毛巾就不給補了，我説不行，我還是要用的，後面給我拿了，水也是我提醒才補的，希望加強打掃方面的培訓，要專業！
停車場正常車位有限，需要碰運氣，停車小插曲管家幫忙解決了！管家非常非常好，有求必應，有問必答，幫忙拿行李，很感謝兩位哦～

華僑別墅改建的民宿，跟着導航挺好找，就停車場離開大概幾十米的距離。第一間房間潮氣有點重，老闆給換了一間，房間大了很多，潮味也好很多。現場的員工很熱情。床品挺舒服，一樓蚊子有點多，裝修風格不是很喜歡有點暗，傢俱沙發看上去挺新的，洗手間有點小，尤其是淋浴間沒有浴簾和地巾，這樣洗好澡水會到處都是有點不方便。建議老闆可以考慮準備個地巾或者用個浴簾擋一下，這樣會好很多。離古城確實很近，就在馬路對面。漳州是個不錯的地方，這次比較匆忙就一晚，下次還會再來。

古城的別墅太棒了，公區面積很多，泡茶休閑都可以，房間乾淨衞生，還給免費升級了雙床，居家出行首選這家，肯定會讓你們滿意，人多還提供麻將室。床上用品用的都是標準五星級的，距離古城也就一百米，過個馬路就到了
