周邊靠近廈大嘉庚學院，附近有小吃一條街。晚上挺熱鬧的。房子的設施衞生也做的不錯。性價比高。老闆人也挺好的。

酒店位置就在廈大漳州校區旁，周邊最熱鬧的地方，旁邊就是夜市一條街。過年期間沒有開放，不過附近也有各種吃的，停車也方便的，整體都還不錯的，

房間不怎麼樣，牆角的牆紙都飛起懸掛在牆角，蹲便器也污漬可見，雖然是低價房，起碼的一些清潔還是應該有，不過還是睡了個好覺！

房間非常好，超過我對平價酒店的理解。幾十塊錢能有這種條件。真的非常不錯。房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，老闆服務態度好。

衞生很差，有蟑螂，蟑螂甚至連床上都有。緊貼着商業街，晚上很吵，特別是間斷性性的不知是抽油煙機還是什麼其他風機的轟鳴聲，聲音很大，而且最要命的是噪聲不是連續性的，響一段停一段，經常是好不容易朦朦朧朧的就要入睡了，突然又被噪聲吵醒。基本上一個晚上都沒有怎麼睡。
