When driving to Zhangzhou, the Xiangjiang Hotel was definitely my top pick. The courtyard was clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. Parking was super convenient, and they even had charging stations, which was a huge plus for self-drivers. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively told me where the elevators and breakfast area were. Any requests I had were handled promptly – the service really paid attention to the details. The room itself was large and airy, with relatively new facilities. The AC cooled well, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after a full day of driving. Hygiene was impeccable; the hallways, room, and bathroom were all spotless, with no hair on the floor and a dry, stain-free vanity. Overall, this hotel has strong all-around capabilities, with excellent environment, service, facilities, and cleanliness. I'd highly recommend it to anyone driving to Zhangzhou.

This hotel is super pet-friendly, which is great – you can bring your furry friends along. They're really understanding, but do keep in mind that pets can't be left alone in the room; they need to go out with you. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel with plenty of spaces, so parking is a breeze. The rooms are also spotless. The guy at the front desk was really enthusiastic and gave us lots of great tips for sightseeing. Definitely excellent value for money.

The mattress is soft and comfortable. Some room types come with a terrace or a private hot spring courtyard – perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the ancient city, washing away all your fatigue. The rooms are clean and airy, with separate wet and dry bathroom areas. The attention to detail is truly excellent! 💯

The entrance isn't what you'd typically expect from a hotel; my husband arrived before me and, not having seen photos, spent quite some time looking around before finding the main entrance. But I absolutely love this style, from the interior decor and layout to the overall ambiance. The subtle, lingering scent of agarwood in the lobby creates a serene and tranquil comfort. We immediately decided to extend our stay for another night. The room was immaculate, with clean, soft linens and Pien Tze Huang toiletries, all reflecting a high standard of quality. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They not only upgraded our room for the second night but also, when it was pouring rain outside, thoughtfully suggested we swap our small umbrella for a larger, sturdier hotel one, which was very touching. The tea room on the second floor, with its self-service tea setup, is a lovely spot for a relaxed chat – so cozy, we almost didn't want to go out sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient street, about a 7-minute taxi ride, and roughly 20 minutes from the high-speed rail station.

定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了

The room size was just right, not cramped at all, and the cleanliness was excellent. The desk and bathroom were meticulously cleaned, and there were no strange odors. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows were comfortable, allowing me to truly relax after a long day. Hot water came quickly, and the toiletries were complete and convenient to use. The soundproofing in the room was decent; it was quiet at night, and I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were helpful and polite when I had questions. The hotel has a parking lot, which was very convenient since I drove and didn't have to search for parking. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food was tasty and sufficient to fill me up before heading out. For a solo traveler, I don't need a huge space; cleanliness, quietness, and convenience are enough. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I had no complaints. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

It's definitely a worthwhile place to stay for a trip to Zhangzhou.

Xiangyi is considered a relatively large hotel within the ancient town, boasting an excellent location and environment. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining, with several delicious restaurants just a short walk straight ahead to the right. The service was very satisfying. The day before check-in, a customer service representative contacted me by phone and added me on WeChat. Upon arrival at the east entrance of the ancient town, they arranged for a shuttle to the hotel and provided a detailed guide to the ancient town's attractions and dining spots, as well as travel tips. Any questions I had were patiently answered with helpful suggestions – truly thoughtful! They even upgraded my room, and I'd like to thank the ladies at the front desk. The facilities are also impeccable. Everything is clean and pleasing to the eye. The bathrooms are equipped with Arrow brand fixtures. The room was bright and airy, and the bedding and pillows were pristine, like new. It was a very comfortable stay for a few leisurely days. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

With the hot weather, we relied on food delivery for Zhangzhou delicacies. The front desk even thoughtfully set up a special area for delivery drivers, with staff efficiently helping to confirm room numbers and phone numbers. The hotel cleaning staff were very polite, greeting guests. The rooms themselves were spacious, well-designed, and each had an outdoor balcony. From the balcony, we had a panoramic view of the exquisite Zhangzhou High-tech Zone. The location is excellent, right next to the ancient city, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, featuring many local Zhangzhou snacks, all very well prepared. The mini hot pot area truly captured the authentic taste of Zhangzhou. Even picky eaters could find something they liked. Now for the drawbacks: 1. Although the rooms have outdoor balconies, two of our five rooms had a very strong smoke smell. This might be due to the tight turnover between check-out and check-in during the holiday period. However, I suggest that in such cases, it would be better to communicate with guests and air out the room with the windows and balcony open before they check in. 2. The hygiene in the hot spring area was not ideal. Also, it was hard to find staff for tea, and many tea dispensers were empty. There were no designated sections for cups either.
