Jomo Hotels in Zhangzhou

The room environment is okay, a regular five-star hotel. The traffic situation is average, it is far away from the ancient city, there is nothing on the anniversary, and the basement is a bit uncomfortable. Accessories: The brand of snacks provided by the hotel is a bit low...the quality of the towels is also not good; Breakfast: The variety is very monotonous and the quality is not good Overall, Wyndham is downgraded in my opinion.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The environment is very good, the service is also very attentive, almost responsive, but I don't know if it's the problem with the room type we stayed in or the renovation outside. At night, the noise of the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all, even when the heating was turned off. It was buzzing. And the decoration was that of an apartment, not a hotel. The experience of a 2,000 yuan room was extremely poor. Sometimes it took several minutes to wait for the hot spring car, and it was so cold and there were children. I wanted to get angry several times.

The girl at the front desk of the hotel was very considerate. We made a mistake in booking the hotel yesterday, but the girl not only approved it but also upgraded the room. The hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel is not facing the street and is relatively quiet. The navigation accurately found the parking lot. It is not too big, but it should be enough. It is more convenient to travel by car. There are many places where you can have breakfast around the hotel. The ancient city is not far away.

I went to the May Day holiday and it was the first time I went to the village. In the quiet village, parking was very convenient. When I entered the door, the steps like a fairyland were very comfortable. The inside was also great. We didn’t live along the lake this time. I lived in the middle of the building. The view was also very good. It was quite big and comfortable. The owner and sister Yang are very enthusiastic, there is a relaxed and comfortable feeling of going home, and there are two dogs, Adu and his son Alpha, super obedient, especially cute! In short, the trip to Zhuang is good, very suitable for relaxing vacation, the first time I come, I will go again next time!

The location of Diamond Hotel is near the busy and lively Zhangzhou Ancient City in evening time.and close to some restaurants just across the street. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and helpful when we needed the service of taxi upon checking out from the hotel. To our surprise,the breakfasts at the hotel were good with some extra food choices. The bedrooms were comfortable albeit not that modern.

The hotel service is super good. The concierge helps carry the luggage to the room when getting on and off the car. You don't have to go downstairs to order takeout. Just call the front desk to help deliver it. It is responsive and responsive. Thumbs up. An old star hotel. It is very clean except for the old facilities. It is located in the city center. The shacha noodles and five-spice rolls are local specialties. You can try them. Recommended.
