The front desk staff are highly professional, and the check-in procedures are efficient and accurate. They are able to patiently answer various questions and introduce the hotel's facilities and services in detail, demonstrating a good professional image and service awareness. The service staff was thoughtful and meticulous, which added a lot of pleasure to the stay. The hotel has an elegant environment, convenient transportation, and is equipped with facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool, providing guests with a great place to relax during their journey.
