酒店設施不錯，比較滿意，衞生條件很好，酒店周圍環境地處城區，購物吃飯都很方便，停車很方便

非常好的一個酒店。地處鬧事。停車場很大有專人看守。房間衞生乾淨整潔。服務很熱情。到了第一天晚上樓上五個小孩蹦跳影響我們睡眠，前台給調四樓豪華房間。早餐吃的好。

酒店位置非常好，地處鬧市。但服務確實差，客人有問題就不解釋，你去找這個，你去找那個的。本來是通過攜程旅行定的豪華雙床房，到前台辦手續時明確問服務員是不是1.3米的床，答覆是。辦完手續後到附近就餐，11點回到房間發現是普通雙床房，1.2米的床。到前台諮詢，回答説：我們就沒有1.3米的雙床房，那都是攜程旅行推出的，與我們酒店無關，你可以找攜程旅行，也可以現在退房，夜裡12點了，讓客人退房！！！問能不能把你説的話錄下來讓你們領導看看，説侵犯她的肖像權，要報警！真的是不可理喻！後來通過攜程旅行才算把問題解決，可是鬧了個一夜無眠！

酒店位於湛江中心地帶出入方便，有停車場，周邊購物吃飯方便，房間乾淨衞生標準設施，窗外有遮擋牆面積偏小壓抑（打開箱子的佔地都太緊湊），當然價格擺着的不能要求過高。

入住當天晚上十點和十一點多被塞小卡片，半夜十二點多被陌生人一直敲門，還擰把手，太不安全了吧？入住網上身上一直癢，體驗感極差

地理位置好，有停車場。房間不太大，夠用，衞生間乾濕分離，略有點小。床單上都是以前發黴的黴點。關鍵是好多黴點，回去發現時已經很晚了，不好意思找麻煩了，而且一折騰，也耽誤休息，就忍了。
