過來南油這邊辦點事要留多一晚方便第二天早起，搜附近位置這家較近，就在區政府後麪，價格還很實惠。逛了逛附近，這條街應該是最熱鬧的了，往下走一點也都是瑞幸這些咖啡奶茶店還不少食肆，而且賓館樓下就有便利店，還留意到了隔壁就有早餐店！主要評價是給前台小哥，很熱情！介紹了一圈周圍，本來是要住更便宜那種，但小哥説翻新不久建議我住好一點的，贊！

特別吵，樓上就是很吵，不知道是頂上的房間還是頂上隔壁，一直有人挪凳子，我晚上兩點沒睡的時候還聽到有人挪凳子，後來四點的時候給我吵醒了，早上6點還是有人時不時挪凳子，白天還是週日，特別特別特別吵，直接就是裝修還是幹嘛，一直敲敲打打，有電鑽的和敲釘子的聲音，反應給前台，還是吵，我從住裏面到出賓館，幾乎都有挪凳子的聲音，大半夜都有，賓館隔音很差，樓梯走路和和嘻嘻哈哈的聲音簡直在身邊一樣，除了休息不好，其他的還可以，我朋友一整晚被吵得都睡不着，時不時有人挪凳子，聲音還特別大，驚醒了

這不是賓館了，是酒店級別！！200多的酒店級別了！！這太好了，太乾淨了，太大了，太清爽了，所有設備齊全，太好了。這個價格，這個等級第一次看到。

1.沒有電梯，最高樓層五樓，行李多的人不方便；2.房間門第二重鎖被拆了，沒有安全感；
3.設備老舊，廁所馬桶板都是不穩的，廁所燈光昏暗；衞生狀況不滿意，桌椅至少是沒花心思擦的，驅蚊設備鋪塵，枕頭被子有異味。望改進
