有一説一，本來住兩晚，後來計劃有變，退了一晚，第一晚的價格要470，太高了！地理位置不錯，夠安靜！停車需要收費35一晚，房間小，該有的都有，同層還有在裝修的，環境一般！管家還過得去，就是回覆慢點，可能太忙了吧！

很方便，離金沙灣可以步行，到萬達廣場也很方便，外賣也方便，過年期間，完全不受影響。
房間帶陽台，可以看海，管家服務也好，每天有打掃衞生，換垃圾。一次不一樣的旅行體驗，以前都選酒店，這次選公寓民宿，很好的體驗。

房間很新，裝修風格是時下流行的風格，而且靠近海邊，海風吹來特別舒服，有種面朝大海，春暖花開的意境。附近吃的很方便。時常幻想我也有一套海景房那多好。這次是一家人回孃家，在孃家附近隨便找的一家公寓，沒想到是那麼好那麼新的公寓酒店。重點是寵物友好！！！早上在陽台來杯咖啡，愜意得不得了！
設施：電梯速度很快，冰箱洗衣機洗衣液都有。
衞生：蠻乾淨的。
環境：抬眼望去就是海，人不多，很安靜的小區，偶爾樓下有點聲音，關上陽台玻璃門，完全隔音！
服務：管家回覆很及時

酒店房間設施設備齊全，投影儀、冰箱、洗衣機都有，特別是投影很清晰，房間衞生很乾凈，可以光腳走路那種哈哈，環境也很棒，正對着海景，一出陽台就是看海看日出的，工作人員服務態度很好，很貼心，還配備了耳塞，簡直是體驗感拉爆了！下次還會再來！

如果不是帶了寵物，我是真不願意選擇民宿…
這次再次刷新了底線…
已經提前告知酒店到達時間，酒店也有工作人員稱會按時把房間和密碼交給我，到了酒店停車場，不僅沒按時給我，還一直聯繫不上工作人員，找了攜程客服才找到酒店房。進了房間，地面全是拖地的水漬…還有裝修的氣味，房間大小明顯和攜程上登記的訊息不符，床單被套也不像新鋪好的。
晚飯後回房間，wifi不停的斷，被子掀開有毛髮、污跡，杯子不僅有水跡，還裏有頭髮，熱水器不出熱水，面盆下面在漏水。陽台玻璃門全是裝修印記，衣櫃門也是臟的。陽台上全是灰…
因為有寵物，確實不好再換酒店。我單獨在樓上全季開了一個房間，為了能乾淨的洗澡休息…老公陪狗在這個酒店對付一晚上…
我把照片發給酒店工作人員，她們的解決辦法就是，讓我退房，還要給他們5星好評，他們就不收房費了。
早上我從全季退房後和老公、狗子匯合離開3小時後，酒店依然那句話，給好評，退房費。
我衹要求把按金退給我，老公和狗住了，該給的房費和寵物清潔費我一分不少。想好評？你們這家酒店的臉在哪兒？如果你們收到差評後，我受到任何騷擾，我會第一時間向湛江文旅投訴你們。
