交通方便，價格美麗，有衣架曬衣服，有陽台但是馬桶周邊很臭，廁所格局設計不好，門後是蹲廁，陽台的椅子爛掉也不換，屋內也沒有椅子桌子

酒店環境很好，便宜實惠，離萬達很近，一點多公里，離觀海長廊也很近，酒店高樓層空氣好，裏面有洗衣機，有要什麼東西，直接發微信給前台就送上來了，非常便捷。服務體驗滿分

這家酒店有些地方需要完善 1.酒店的熱水很小，且不熱，幾乎無法洗澡 2.酒店清潔未做乾淨，我們進來的時候地面還是沙沙的感覺，應該是其他遊客去了海灘帶進來的，然後沒做乾淨 3.也是最嚴重的，就是廁所漏水和廁所衞生間很臭 4.停車場費用略高，停一晚上不超過12小時收費30，代繳20，我都懷疑酒店賺錢了 4.打的招牌是觀海房，其實大可不必，觀海確實能看到，不過不是正對，是要斜着看，正對就是隔壁小區
