I booked a room with a view, but after looking at the construction site🏗️, the room was very small. The bathroom ventilation and lighting were not very good. The whole room was dark. The breakfast was especially bad. There was no service and no meal options. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

There was a strong smell in the room. Later, I changed to another room and the smell was a little better. I can only say that this Lavande is probably the worst Lavande I have ever stayed in. I will not choose it again.

The room really stinks, not just the musty smell. Having stayed at Lavande many times in various places, it makes me wonder if this one is the same? so terrible! There are some stains on the toilet that are so disgusting that I dare not take out my phone to take pictures. I asked what the difference was between the booked view and other rooms. The front desk said it was just a different name, which was embarrassing. The picture might be the so-called view! !

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none! The receptionist's attitude was very bad when I first entered the hotel. One of them reached out to get his ID card without saying anything. The other one called for a number. When I asked where to enter the number, she just tapped the screen with her finger. She didn't say anything that she had already done it, and she wanted to know more. We asked if it was okay, and it was the first time we encountered a rude front desk! After entering the room, the corridor light was broken, the quilt was very dusty, and a pillowcase was missing. However, we refused to change rooms because we had moved the quilt, so we called an electrician uncle to fix it. The uncle was very nice and helped the hotel talk to the front desk. , please bear with me, because my uncle is really nice, and I had planned to forget it, but the plug in the bathroom turned out to be a decoration and could not be used at all! I called the electrician uncle again and asked me to change my room. After changing rooms, it became even more outrageous. One of the bathroom sockets was broken, and the other one had a bad contact that would cut off the power and was unusable. I called again to ask if the medicine was leaked in the previous room. In fact, it was left by the previous guest. I'm really speechless, my family, did they not clean up and check at all? At night, there was actually such a small yellow card stuffed at the door of the room... This is also the first time I have encountered it... In short, it is the worst, worst, worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It has damaged the image of Lavande and ruined my sense of Zhanjiang. It is a lightning-proof and lightning-proof hotel! ! ! I also suggest giving the electrician uncle a raise and retraining the front desk’s service awareness.
