老式酒店，優點是佈局舒展，房間大、走廊寬、停車場位置足。
缺點是設施老舊，電視機網絡不穩定，遙控器不能直接關機；衞生間馬桶一圈黃色的陳年老漬；房間內沒有全身鏡，門縫很大。
酒店遠離市中心，周圍沒什麼商業，適合就近出差，旅遊觀光的話一定是自駕，否則出行很不便。

該賓館原來是中海油湛江基地外國專家住的，基礎設施很過硬。酒店前台小姐姐服務熱情，有問必答。客房寬敞且近些年裝修過，像電視機、空調基本都是新的；床很舒適，衞生很乾凈，服務員辛苦了。整體五星好評，點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

朋友來湛江幫忙訂的房，這是定的是標間，房間一如既往的大，也很安靜，睡覺很舒服，樓下就有酒樓適合吃飯和早茶，你湛江，尤其南油坡頭這邊應該是住酒店的最佳選擇。

老牌賓館非常棒！！設施完善，比一些所謂新酒店，民宿啥的好太多了！周邊環境很好很安靜，酒店旁邊有兩顆非常漂亮的大榕樹，雖然不是酒店範圍內的，但可以自由過去看！！值得推薦！

來湛江四天，住得最舒服的就是這。還得是老牌賓館，雖然設備是老了點，但是硬件到位，服務員服務到位，停車場超大，周邊安靜好入睡，水夠熱，吹風機完好，洗髮水，潤膚露一應俱全，房間乾乾淨淨的，床夠大，早餐豐富，有包有粉還有炸醬麪，必須五星好評啊！

來湛江旅遊選了南海賓館，體驗超棒！一進大堂，寬敞明亮，工作人員熱情有禮，快速辦好入住。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪軟硬適中，睡了個好覺。衞生間沒有異味，洗浴用品品質也不錯。酒店周邊美食眾多，出行便利。早餐豐富，有當地特色小吃。休閑區環境宜人，能愜意放鬆。這次住宿遠超預期，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅行，南海賓館都是絕佳之選，下次來湛江還住這！

房間還是比較大的，適合出差，走幾分鐘有個很大的公園，公寓旁邊旁邊有大型商場，裏面有很多美食，不想花費太多的話，樓下有很多小吃店，豐儉由人
