Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge.
Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”.
We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us.
At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”.
The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation.
Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang.
Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way.
The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember.
The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes.
I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me.
If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing.
This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Service was great, except no direct room delivery,
food was not as good as I expected, considering the price, options were few.
Gym is not 24 hour and requires sign in.
Room was excellent.

The location is excellent. It is just opposite the Golden Sands Bay and you can see the sea by going downstairs. It is also very convenient for shopping and dining nearby. There are a lot of food. At night, after a full meal, I sat on the beach and enjoyed the sea breeze. It was so comfortable. I wanted to delay check-out for something. Xiao Min and Xiao Mo at the front desk actively helped me apply to the leaders. I like their service.

I came to Zhanjiang again for May Day and chose to stay at the Garden Hotel. The location is very good. Downstairs is the business district and the beach. I stayed for two nights and had a good experience. I was arranged to stay on a non-smoking floor with complete room facilities. Because the high-speed rail time was late, I wanted to delay check-out. Xiao Mo, Xiao Min, and Xiao Wu quickly helped to deal with it. The service was very good. I will choose to stay next time.

The room is nice, mainly in a good location, on Guanhai North Road, opposite to Jinsha Bay, very convenient for children to play in the sand. Welcome fruit was given.
