前台的客服缺少工作經驗跟新手辦事墨跡，還有我在攜程續費房間前台客服自己都不知道，還要一直問我有沒有交錢還要找別人確認我有沒有續費這就算了。最可惡的是每天早上一大早吵**，陸陸續續響了好幾個小時，我原本以為隔壁裝修的沒有太在意，誰想到我出房間門一看原來是酒店的清潔工在清理房間，用的好像吸塵機清潔之類的工具，你説下午搞衞生我還能理解而且是用的工具這麼大聲真的一大早響了好幾個小時。真的第一次見這種酒店把客户嚇跑了。
