環境：酒店在大馬路旁邊，很容易看到。大堂進去很敞亮。很舒適。酒店距離海邊很近大概1000米左右，很便捷。
服務：前台小姐姐們很有禮貌。幫我們免費升級了豪華雙人房。客房阿姨拿東西很速度，服務態度也好
設施：酒店有提供早餐服務。早餐品種繁多的，味道還是不錯的。
衞生：客房衞生很舒適，客房沒有異味。房間很大。孩子也很喜歡
總體驗感不錯，值得推薦給大家。

房間大，但是預訂時候要看清楚有窗無窗。餐廳小的要死，品種少敷衍，離海邊遠得很，續房告訴我給我打折優惠兩間1千結果網上468一間房。沒有住了

性價比特別高 這個家庭房很適合一家三口 床很寬 但是噪音太大了就和睡在馬路上一樣 讓前台多拿一床被子也不拿 明明酒店遠遠沒有住滿 給的理由是要去庫房拿沒有鑰匙 我讓她去其他沒有被訂的房間拿也不願意

酒店就是整體服務態度不行。兩件事，就讓差評了。我是訂了兩間房，同時入住，兩房相鄰的，入門就開空調的，過了一段時間，其中一間房間空調製冷效果不佳，我就找服務人員説換一間房，服務人員的態度就很不樂意，懷疑似的，非要人家大聲説出來，對比兩間房效果後才給換房。另外，提到早餐，自助早餐菜式就不評論了。我當時就是就拿了雞蛋碟子剩下的兩個雞蛋，當場就有另外兩位的用餐人，然後應該是服務主管看到，我還在就餐的大廳，她就開口説不給帶走，留給別的客人，而我人都未有走向餐廳門，就説我不能全拿了這兩個雞蛋，我暈！這直接一句話當場指向我，這服務主管這麼沒禮貌，服務態度，一開口不稱呼一句，開口就惹火。我確實衹想拿着兩個雞蛋慢慢邊走邊吃一個，順便給還未起床的孩子帶一個雞蛋的。我都不知是我的錯還是她對，感覺拿了兩個雞蛋就得罪她似的😅，我也未再跟她糾纏，也不會當場吃了雞蛋，放下留給其他再進來的客人。但我心想，都未到早餐結束時間，不是也可補給新煮的食物的嗎？！整體感覺就是不爽酒店的服務態度。

整個二層樓有差不多100米長廊，而一樓服務枱上二樓的電梯在長廊的最左邊，每次回房間或出外下樓買東西，都要走完整條長廊，吃個早餐也要走得累到不行，服務枱位置非常不合理，希望儘快解決這個短板。其他都可以。
