衞生：住酒店我主要關注衞生，我的標準很簡單，就是睡床上不癢，可就是這麼簡單的要求很多酒店都達不到，而天恆酒店在這方面就很好，睡了一晚絲毫沒有任何癢的感覺，睡的很舒適。環境：雖然在路邊，但衹要把窗關嚴實了也沒什麼噪音，完全不影響睡眠。

前台小姐姐超nice！附近有吃的，旁邊是學校，遇到問題前台小姐姐響應非常快。屋裡有晾衣架，晾洗衣物很方便。

無早餐，無停車場，周圍環境不錯，我每次來湛江都住這裏，這裏賣吃的小飯店很多。如想吃好的也有大的飯店，還有生蠔吃，離大的超市也不遠，買東西很方便。

酒店位置交通便利，門口就是公交站台，旁邊很多修電動車的可以租，也挺便宜的，酒店可以免費給電動車充電。每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值，服務人員及時解決問題，下次有機會一定會再來！

先説不好的，房型比較古老，設施也老舊，大約類似90年代初期的招待所，床鋪是比較硬的而且還會響。定這裏住完全是因為距離要去的目的地比較近。好的地方是前台服務人員還是很熱情的，有地方停車。

衞生狀況不太理想，從浴室到牆到窗簾到床品都不太行，浴室的天花板開了兩個大窟窿也沒補上，有個窗關不上，靠馬路相當吵。位置偏遠，公交車不怎麼好等。老闆給升了房彌補一些。價格便宜。

酒店位置很好，附近有許多小吃店，離海鮮市場很近，樓下就是公交站台，生活和出行都很方便。前台的兩位美女很熱情，還給免費升級了房間，體驗感不錯，5分好評，以後還會再來。
