訂的房型較小，本來衹是太晚了在外面湊合一晚上所以無所謂。隔音不好，外面很吵，早上七點左右應該是別的房間的叫醒服務，竟然敲錯房間在我們房間門口敲了十分鐘左右…本來昨晚的睡的就晚，這樣一晚上沒睡好，很差很差的體驗。房卡感應也不行，吃完早飯回來居然滴不上了，要叫保潔阿姨來滴。在走廊可以聽得見裏面的房間説話，可怕。走廊裏、房間門縫底下到處都是小卡片。
在南寧住的就是柏曼，那家特別舒服所以回來也選擇了柏曼，沒想到這家的體驗感這麼差，以後不會再來了。

前台服務熱情，早餐也很豐富，就是房間沒有窗户，加上空間窄，給人感覺很不舒服，我提前訂好的房間沒給我預留好，到店後給了我另一個別夾在中間的房間，心裏特別不舒服，深夜到店，就想抓緊時間休息了，就懶得換了，這一點酒店確實沒做好這點服務工作，管理有待改進。房間裏空調製冷不好。

房間夠大，設施老舊，衞生間沒有掛衣服的架子，洗漱用品沒有地方放置。有停車位，附近還有一個菜市場。沒有早餐！

住的那兩天要考試，然後大半夜的比較吵，而且隔音效果不好，還有停車場的次數一天衹有一次，出入都不太方便。
