房間環境還是不錯的，離金沙灣也很近。但是服務太差了，每天房間的飲用水不跟客服説是不給的，等晚上回房間發現沒有水的時候，客服説庫房關門了，給不了水。而且每天限量2瓶，即使定的是兩個雙人床的4人間，也是給2瓶水。住了這麼多酒店，這個酒店最奇葩。如果想要服務好體驗好可以住同一棟樓的美豪麗致。追求性價比可以選擇住樓裏的其他民宿，這家就不推薦了。

這種也叫酒店嗎？真夠差勁的，衞生雜亂差，前面都是臟的！櫃子破爛的，櫃門掉下來，酒店配套的一次性用品感覺很次，房間還放一個桶，裏面的水臭的要死，前台沒有人，等很久才來！根本沒有服務，環境衞生設施都很差！簡直是我住過酒店裡麪最差的！無語至極！

房間位置非常好，春節的價格偏貴，不過一家人住還不錯，帶了小朋友想加被子，被告知加不了，房屋其他設施都不錯，唯一讓人難受的就是卧室的感應燈，翻個身都會亮。

好評不一定是真 但差評絕對是真的 衞生太差了，拖鞋都包漿了，廁所角落的污垢也沒清理 鏡子滿屏的水漬印，洗衣機裏上一個客人的體毛都在裏面 睡覺被子蓋着身上發癢 床下死角里全是灰塵 而且要注意了 12點退房 你12點過幾分下去酒店都要扣你一個小時的超時費，我一點零四分下去退房 酒店説我超時兩小時扣了我78元 按金200元衹退我124 服務也不好 叫拿一雙一次性拖鞋從下午叫到晚上才拿給我 差 差 差！

房間寬敞明亮，客廳和主卧有一個共享小陽台，主卧和次卧分別有洗手間，這點很方便。過馬路就是金沙灣觀海長廊，早晚散步很愜意。周邊吃住玩都很方便，前台和阿姨服務細心周到，以後來湛江還會再光顧，下面是金沙灣風景照，分享大家看看😊
