On the first night of check-in, I found yellow stains on the sheets. Although the floor attendant was very active in helping to change the new sheets the next day, InterContinental hotels should not make such low-level mistakes. There was no relevant staff to explain afterwards, which made people very dissatisfied. Second, there was no large bath towel on the first day of check-in. We are used to using disposable ones, but this shows that the hotel's room service is still not in place, and basic configurations can be missed. Third, the equipment is not satisfactory, the water pressure is unstable, and living on the eighth floor, the water is not only small, but the hot water is also unstable, which greatly affects the experience.
