All the Reception staffs are very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the money to stay at Hilton. Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. Also invited to supper for free at the coffee shop. In compare to nearby LN Garden Hotel that I stayed a night before, Hilton is strongly recommended in terms of price and staff services.i ended up extended my stay for another night at Hilton with the staff warm welcome feel of this hotel.

The hotel had called us in advance to arrange for a room upgrade before we checked in. The hotel's location, hardware configuration, and sanitary services are all very good, and the breakfast is also quite rich. Because we booked a package that included a 4-hour in-depth tour of Zhanjiang, the hotel specially arranged a small business car for the tour when there were only two of us. The driver, Brother Xu, was warm and polite. He drove steadily along the way, explained in detail, and waited very patiently so that we could visit the Chikan Ancient Town in detail. It was very heartwarming. However, when we checked in this time, there happened to be a large conference held in the hotel, so when we wanted to order some Zhanjiang specialties for dinner at the hotel, we ordered 3 dishes in a row and the ingredients were all used up, which was a little regrettable. However, this did not affect the overall good reviews.

The best location in the Jinsha Bay Seaview Corridor, I paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room, because the sea view room not only has a good view and a good vision, but the key is that the room is also super large. I was in a good mood as soon as I entered the room. There are shopping plazas on the right and left sides of the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the furniture and facilities in the room are very beautiful. Looking out from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, there is no obstruction to the sea, and the sense of happiness is overflowing. The buffet breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor. Although there are not many varieties, the taste is not bad. The pork offal noodles and pizza made on the spot are the best. It is a very correct choice to stay in this hotel when you come to Zhanjiang.

Facilities: Very good, beyond my expectations, everything is there, the quality is not bad, parent-child bed guards and children's slippers and toiletries are provided, as well as fruits. When I first arrived, the room smelled of smoke, and I was immediately changed to another one. They also helped with door-to-door service to change the procedures and help with luggage. The service is also impeccable, basically everything is there. Hygiene: Very clean, the carpet is also very clean, and it is well tidied. There is also a swimming pool upstairs, which is very comfortable with constant temperature. The outdoor children's pool is too cold, but fortunately there is an indoor one, 1.4 meters deep, and a swimming ring is provided for the children. There is basically no problem. The locker room is also very clean, and towels and toiletries are provided. Basically, you don't need to bring anything, just wear a swimsuit, swimming cap, and swimming goggles. Children's plastic slippers are also provided. Environment: Very good, especially there is a Chinese restaurant inside, morning tea, lunch, dinner, and supper are all fine, the taste is good, there is no minefield, and the simplest fried Pearl River noodles are also very delicious. I traveled with three friends and three families, and they were all very satisfied with their stay. There is a large shopping mall downstairs with everything to eat, drink, and have fun. The surrounding area is not far from various attractions! The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. Special praise to the staff at the door. They were outside directing parking and helping with luggage when the sun was shining brightly.

The hotel park is large and has lush vegetation, which is very suitable for taking a walk. The room facilities are complete. Because I saw some reviews online saying that there was a musty smell, I specially coordinated with the front desk. The front desk arranged a room on the second floor of Building 11. The room was very good and had no musty smell. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and sleeping is very comfortable. The breakfast is great and of high quality, and the famous pineapple buns are delicious, and the beef brisket noodles are also delicious. The included hot spring and swimming package is also great, with many hot spring pools and many types. There are swimming parks and swimming pools, which the children love. All in all, I plan to stay here for a week next time.

The hotel is located in Chikan District. There are some restaurants across the road, which is very convenient. The room is very new and is said to have been opened for less than a year. The mattress and pillow are moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is also rich. The only drawback is that the bath water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. It is only two intersections away from Jinsha Bay and there are many delicious foods around.

I stayed here for three days during the May Day holiday. The hotel room was OK. Maybe it was because it rained a lot recently and it was close to the sea. The bed felt a little damp. The hotel staff were very nice and greeted everyone when they met. There were many activities in the hotel lobby. Children could also do small crafts next to the lobby. The swimming pool was open, but it closed a little early at night (closed at 8pm). I just came back from dinner and found that it was closed, so I had to swim early in the morning. The water quality was good, but it was still a little cold in May. The room included breakfast. There were many types of restaurants. You could basically eat a lot. There was a small wave pool next door to satisfy the children. The hotel was very close to the beach, and you could catch crabs and pick up some small shells. I also saw several jellyfish, but I didn’t dare to touch them because I was afraid they were poisonous. I always wanted to go to the water world next door, but it was raining. I can only leave a little regret and come again next time.
