從谷克德下來參加火把節，一路都很愉快，就酒店鬧心。節日期間溢價嚴重，三百多一間，跟圖片展示的還不一樣。一個是酒店前台對酒店周邊位置不熟，當天昭覺下暴雨，縣城十分擁堵，我們按照導航位置抵達後是一條巷子裏，根本看不見酒店招牌和停車場，打電話問酒店報周邊的建築物想有個準確的導航，酒店説不知道我們在哪裡，讓我們自行尋找。二是酒店在綜合樓內，樓裏有火鍋店有ktv，共用電梯，毫不誇張，衞生太糟糕。房間衞生間內還有上個客人用過的香皂沒有收拾。三是暴雨天氣房間內滲水嚴重，跟水簾洞沒兩樣，想打電話給前台反映問題，座機電話無法使用，用手機再次聯繫前台説已經讓師傅過來了，我們等了快兩個小時沒來人。
勸大家火把節期間，儘量回西昌住，縣城條件有限，性價比極低。

停車還算方便，但是百度導航會把你導到人民中路上，而實際上酒店的門和停車場在新街這邊。酒店衞生尚可，服務態度也不錯。作為長途自駕中的一個打尖酒店來説，我覺得能基本滿足你的需求。因為人家價格不高啊。

來參加布拖火把節的，布拖住滿了，就定了昭覺的酒店，完全被照騙了。根本不是2024年開業的酒店，詐騙！感覺這家店不知道怎麼去經營一家酒店，毫無管理可言。
1、前台態度不是很好，辦入住的時候愛答不理，説了辦入住，結果前台兩個人一直説笑聊天，把我們晾在一邊。
2、第一晚住完，第二天沒有打掃房間
3、保潔阿姨分不清毛巾和地巾，由於第二天沒有打掃房間，第二晚住的時候單獨跟前台要了新的毛巾浴巾，然而保潔阿姨拿來一條地巾和一條帶血漬的毛巾給我們，她説她分不清各種巾，讓我們看着用。
4、環境破舊不堪，攜程上寫的是2024年開業新酒店，但是整個環境破舊的不像新酒店，走廊地毯臟的包漿了，房間地板也都是開裂掉皮的，牆上全是污漬。
5、毫無隔音可言，一晚上外面的吵鬧聲聽到清清楚楚。

不錯的入住體驗，酒店衞生間打掃乾淨，智能馬桶，房間內設施很好，周邊吃玩的多，環境不錯安靜，前台小妹妹熱情好客服務很好，酒店位置很好找，醒目的酒店招牌，停車也很方便，前台小姐姐還給延遲了一小時退房👍
