雖然説水管壞了天冷熱水上不來情有可原，但是沒有提前告知沒有熱水，本來想好好洗一個熱水澡卻沒有人提前告知沒有熱水，辦理了入住以後發現床單上有毛髮讓保潔阿姨重換的時候，保潔阿姨才告知沒有熱水，這個時候去退房説超過12分鐘不給退壓金，這個也沒有提前告。簡而言之就是事情沒有提前告知，讓本來就是想好好洗一個熱水澡的的想法一下子破滅有點難受。
