去肇慶很多次，第一次入住水一方，這個公寓酒店真的驚艷到我，環境舒適，房間乾淨，景觀很好，交通方便，主要是這個三床房很適合我，如果入門玻璃門能夠貼上反光膜，外面不能看到裏面就最好了。下次過來也會選擇這裏。

對比了很多酒店，看評論都是説衞生不好，設施老舊，有異味。然後慢慢找，就找到了水一方這家酒店公寓，就看其他人的評論都説一進門就聞到淡淡的香薰味，衞生打掃得特別乾淨，完全沒有任何異味，等到了自己去入住的時候，發現評論也是很真實的，衞生乾淨，沒有異味，設施都是新的，還提供了一次性的馬桶墊和其他生活用品，有免費的茶包和瓶裝水，還提供了小孩愛吃的零食; 因為是自己開車過來，晚上停車的費用都是老闆幫忙付的，而且停車位很充足，不用擔心停車的問題; 有什麼問題，老闆也是很有耐心的回答，真的超級贊！

比預期的要好！老闆人很友好，有求必應，免費升級了個房，免費停了個車（一天停車要24元了）。
給了密碼進房，一打開門，一陣清香，衞生很乾凈，馬桶很智能，房間設備也比較新（23年開業），還很細心的開好了空調温度，比較舒適！還有制熱功能。本想續住，沒有房了。
就在七星巖東門對面，去景點，巖前村裡也方便。樓下是商業，吃飯也方便。

進去就感受到了一陣清爽，屋裡很乾凈，也沒什麼雜音。樓層的設計挺合理的，私密性做得不錯，睡覺不會受打擾。周圍環境也可以，樓下就是商圈，特別方便。

位置非常好，一進房間空間很大，坐在窗台上喝茶看星湖美景。上面各一邊有一張大床，睡覺各不影響，非常安靜，還有個小桌寫文案。公寓下很很多吃的，性價比很高，特別是吃東南亞菜，好吃不貴。邊上也有超市，很方便。公寓對面就是七星巖星湖東門廣場，站在窗口可以看到鍛鍊跳舞的人。非常建議早餐或傍晚在廣場起點去星湖一圈騎行至牌坊，大概來回45分鐘，一路風景非常美，人也不多，總之肇慶給我的印象非常好，人不多，景色迷人，住在這裏非常有優勢，還有邊上就是巖前村，晚上可以走走，名宿不錯，肇慶遊人不多，但是缺少宣傳。
