The front desk had a bad attitude and said that the platform stipulated that they would not handle it. I said that the rules were strict. If there was a room, I would go first. The front desk just ignored me when I was asked to transfer it. Does this kind of service attitude have to be required when traveling during holidays? The hotel has been renovated. The rooms are relatively small and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the sound of flushing the toilet. The surrounding area is very lively. It is close to the Archway Square and the ancient city wall. Parking is also convenient. To be honest, you can have a full breakfast. !

新開業的酒店，房間挺好的，算是智能酒店，可以讓小度控制窗簾窗紗、空調和電視裏的開關和最基礎的燈光，很便捷，周邊的設施也很齊全，離騎樓街和七星巖也很近，如果下次再來肇慶我還是會選擇這家酒店，對我個人來説不足的地方就是電視不能投屏，酒店早餐沒有咖啡喝

住了這麼多酒店，這家真的絕！ 一到酒店，前台接待熱情又高效，很快就辦好入住。房間乾淨温馨，床超級舒服，一覺到天亮。早餐豐富多樣，吃得超滿足。健身房器材全，能暢快運動。服務人員有求必應，特別貼心。下次還來，必須五星好評！

酒店位置極佳,步出酒店轉右已經是熱鬧街道,食嘢買嘢都很方便,再行5分鐘就是星湖牌坊廣場,那裏有牌坊碼頭,可乘船遊星湖或去其他七星岩入口,廣場旁還有個大型商場可逛,酒店服務員非常親切,尤其有一張姓男職員,工作認真,照顧客人,離開時還幫我取行李出酒店乘車,下次再來肇慶,一定會再入住藍宮酒店！

房間超小的，沒桌子，沒椅子，想打開行李箱都很困難的那種，窗口往出去是人民醫院，如果你是2百多定的那沒問題，但是我是5百多定的，所以感覺好虧，房間沒拍照，因為太小了，沒什麼好拍的，但是衞生是沒有問題的，有小度語音助手

比較舒適友好，乾淨衞生，4星級酒店，滿足出行住宿需求，非常方便走路去牌坊廣場、宋城牆等景點幾分鐘就到了，周邊配套的常規美食都很近！強推！自助早餐吃得很飽，中午2點退房才吃午餐！
