被罩破了一個大口子，讓做衞生的換了一個，發現也是破損的，毛巾浴巾也是破的不成樣子。三百多的房間，衞生差隔音差，半夜被2樓唱歌的吵醒，無奈之下，一家人於凌晨四點退房。這次城市便捷體驗感太差了，必須差評

訂的房間在三樓靠近路邊特別吵，加上二樓是沐足推拿噪音影響到三樓導致失眠，房間一股燒艾草還是什麼的燒焦味，雙床房也拼不了一起。衞生間地面斜度不夠排不水，叫前台拿地拖吸水也沒回應，第二次問才帶我去洗漱間取，服了！
