民宿位置不錯，位於巖前寶環大道，離七星巖景區很近，晚上還可以欣賞七星巖夜景，老闆很熱情，打了電話以後就主動加了微信，但民宿所處地點不是很明顯，所以不是很好找到，好在老闆親自出來迎接。因為寶環大道沒有停車位，都是停在路旁邊，所以停車就比較隨機了，得看運氣。

非常滿意的入住體驗，我去肇慶都喜歡住在巖前 看着湖才爽，二樓的湖景被前面的樓加建遮蓋住了，三樓其實是兩個房，我一個人住有點浪費了，兩個房各有一張大床，一家四五口來住就性價比更高，四樓陽台也可以看湖，賞月，燒烤……美麗的老闆娘很大氣，冰箱的飲料隨便喝，佛系掃碼！並且她還有一個餐吧，晚上有駐唱歌手，氣氛不錯，牛扒和蘑菇湯出品很好，以後來肇慶就指定這裏了🥰

房间的裝修，設備不説。
半夜兩点多停电，我六点开始找房东，没人接电话，直到早上九点多才跟进，到离开还是没电。
能接受电力故障，但电话打不通，携程后台也没法找到房东，若果出意外，怎么辨？

在內巷，定位不對有點難找，可能新裝修還有點味道，但還算乾淨的，就是窗外風景和圖片上不一樣，可能是因為前面建房子了？200一晚還可以，主要是附近風景不錯，晚上散散步

特地選了個環境好的民宿，定之前還打電話問是不是和網上圖片一樣看的見山景，店家很肯定是。來到之後前面擋了一半多，跟看不見沒區別了，本來12店入住的房我們3點才住進去，在樓下等了3個鐘，導致下午計劃好去蝴蝶谷4點才去到，直奔蝴蝶谷打了個卡，其他地方根本沒玩。廁所也一股異味，這個價格體驗從來沒住過這麼差的民宿，雷的不能再雷！
