Hotel maintains an international five star standard, including the efficiency & friendliness of front office staff, cleaniness in room and restaurant standard. It would be even better if there are seats or lounge chairs in balcony for guests to enjoy the beautiful view. Hope the restaurant able to execute the reminder to all guests of NO SLIPPERS IN RESTAURANT, as unfortunately there are quite a few guests came to breakfast with hotel slippers during my 2 times breakfast at the Cafe. This is needed for an international hotel to achieve how to handle these kind of issues...

First impressions are very important and can determine a guest's experience. The friendly and helpful front desk personel (Echo Huang & Mr Wong) were attentive and ethusiatically answered our various queries. As we found out later, even the housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, accomodating our requests. The service attitude immediately made a very good start to our stay. Room was comfortable and luxurious as befitting a 5+ star hotel. Sound proofing was top notch. The room we stayed in has a balcony and outdoor onsen which gave an excellent view of the tranquil lake beyond. A fine mesh prevents any bugs from entering even the balcony. The view is akin to having the landscapes depicted in chinese paintings come to life! Will definitely stay here again.

The location is next to Xinghu Lake, opposite to Xinghu Park. It takes a few minutes to walk to the two major shopping malls and about 10 to 20 minutes to the archway. The room is open and comfortable, and very clean. You can definitely walk barefoot. The balcony is open to smoke and eat snacks in the evening. The drinking is first-class, the bedding is clean and white, you can sleep at ease, there are two private restaurants nearby, I have tried a few of them, the food is above standard, the price is a little expensive,,,, there is also a coffee shop in the isolation, the coffee is good and the environment is good Comfortable, there is a swing, the price is around 30 yuan which is a bit expensive,,,,, it is better to go out to the milk tea street and drink Luckin coffee, it is much better,,,,,,disadvantages: the water in the shower is relatively thin, but it can Accept,,, it is difficult to move 28 inches up to the fourth floor, mainly because the stairs are narrow,,,,, I can’t find any other shortcomings,,, the cleaning lady is full of smiles and friendly, the boss is warm and hospitable, and there is Kung Fu tea Drink...I score 95 points

After all, hotels with the word ”Overseas Chinese” are all quite old, so don't expect too much from the hotel facilities. The room is spacious and clean, just like what an old hotel should be like. The hotel environment is also good. Some facilities are old and damaged, but it does not affect the use. There is plenty of hot water, but the cold water is pitifully small. There is a tea bag that has been opened but not replaced. I don't know how long it has been there. The breakfast is very simple, not even up to the level of ordinary chain hotels.

There have been no new shops in the surrounding area for four or five years. This time it happened to catch up with the first opening of the new store. It was really very pleasant. The supporting facilities around this new store are very complete, and it is very convenient to eat and shop.
