It would be even better if there are seats or lounge chairs in balcony for guests to enjoy the beautiful view. Hope the restaurant able to execute the reminder to all guests of NO SLIPPERS IN RESTAURANT, as unfortunately there are quite a few guests came to breakfast with hotel slippers during my 2 times breakfast at the Cafe. The friendly and helpful front desk personel (Echo Huang & Mr Wong) were attentive and ethusiatically answered our various queries. As we found out later, even the housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, accomodating our requests. The service attitude immediately made a very good start to our stay. Room was comfortable and luxurious as befitting a 5+ star hotel. Sound proofing was top notch. The room we stayed in has a balcony and outdoor onsen which gave an excellent view of the tranquil lake beyond. A fine mesh prevents any bugs from entering even the balcony. The view is akin to having the landscapes depicted in chinese paintings come to life! Will definitely stay here again.

The ”Zhaixing Pavilion Room” we stayed in Let's talk about the disadvantages first: 1️⃣There is no elevator, the stairs are a bit narrow, and it's not easy to walk with a suitcase. 2️⃣The socket beside the bed is a bit loose, and the plug is always loose and out of power. 3️⃣The shower head is broken, and the water flow is scattered and flying. 4️⃣This is also the most important point. The lake view room cannot see the lake view because the trees are too tall. Picture 2 is the seller's show and Picture 1 is the buyer's show. Let's talk about the advantages: 1️⃣The location is good, and it is relatively close to Yanqian Village, Dinghushan, Paifang, Impression Hui, Mong Kok BBQ, etc. 2️⃣There is a free parking lot, but there are not many places. It is shared by several homestays and can accommodate about a dozen cars. 3️⃣The service attitude is good and friendly.

The design of the hotel also looks high-end and classy, ​​with a European design as the main style. It is located in a good location in Guangning, so you can go shopping. It is backed by the Cuizhu Park, and it is also convenient to get up and go hiking the next morning. The mountain is not high, and the greenery is good. The climbers who come and go seem to be locals. I believe it is a good place for locals to relax and exercise. But when you enter the hotel lobby and room, you can smell that the air is not circulating, and it seems to be a bit musty. I hope the hotel can think of ways to circulate the air and eliminate the odor of the hotel. It has been officially listed as a four-star hotel. This must be handled well, otherwise guests will feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the lobby and room. There are fewer varieties of breakfast, but you can eat enough. The Chinese restaurant is good! Parking is also convenient!
