衞生極差，床單上的污漬好惡心，而且安全無保障，中午辦完入住手續，把東西放在房間就出去辦事，晚上10點多回來，床上亂成一團，很明顯有人到過房間，聯繫前台和服務員都否認有人到過房間。整晚不敢睡着，早上趕緊退房另找其他酒店住。

這次在昭通的住宿體驗超棒！選的這家民宿在[省耕山水]，靠近市中心，去哪兒都方便，周邊美食、商場一應俱全。房間佈置温馨，床品舒適，下次來還住這兒！除了沒電視、空調，衹不過這個價格還要啥自行車。
離景區幾步路，出門就能開啟遊玩模式。服務更是沒得説，還幫忙規劃路線，遇到問題秒回，住得超安心。
強烈安利這家昭通民宿。

房間寬敞，這是它最大的亮點。
服務很差，提前核實了，雙床套房是有不臨街的户型，結果現場開房卻沒有，臨街很吵。
早上8點去吃早餐，餐盤就全部都空了。衹有麪條了。
房間煙味很大，也不清楚哪裡來的。
停車不方便，周圍都是擁堵不堪，地面擠滿了車。

晚上12點還聽到旁邊KTV酒吧咣次咣次的節奏，中午正睡覺服務員來打掃，説晚點就不管了，房間小設施陳舊，毛巾都是爛的

前台有兩個感覺很有個性 像是差她們錢一樣愛搭不理 一連住幾天刷卡很隨意，早上還可以刷晚上回去就刷不了了，也沒説刷了幾天，什麼時候要重新刷 有早餐，品種還算多 床有些偏硬 洗澡水熱水出水很快

地理位置非常好，馬路正對面是昭通市一院，後面是省耕公園，出門吃飯逛街都非常方便。酒店有一點老舊，但是性價比非常高，推薦。
