酒店重新裝修過，床墊很好舒服，前台服務態度很好，協助我解決辦公問題，非常感謝！唯一缺點就是電梯不到地庫，要拎着行李爬一層樓梯，到的時候倒是有車庫工作人員幫忙拿行李，走的時候嘛就沒有了

酒店總體來説挺滿意的。位置就在昭通古城邊上，步行十分鐘就到了古城，周邊吃東西購物都挺方便。酒店還貼心的準備了介紹周邊吃飯、遊玩、購物的指南，對第一次來的遊客非常有幫助。酒店早餐不錯，非常有地方特色。有地下停車場，對自駕遊很方便。酒店工作人員都挺禮貌熱情。推薦去昭通旅行的驢友選擇他家。

剛好車裡很多鮮花和水果，酒店停車在地下室可以防曬。服務態度好，看到我們帶小朋友，免費幫我們升級大點的房間。根據酒店的手冊，去吃了馬師燒烤，超級好吃。非常推薦這家酒店。

房間和布草非常乾淨整潔。智能化程度高，房間與洗漱間的玻璃採用電動霧化玻璃、窗簾採用電動窗簾等；木地板是複合實木地板，踩着不會出現響聲；早餐也很豐盛。性價比超高，值得旅行遊玩、出差的選擇。

首先這家酒店不是正統的凱里亞德，是別的酒店翻新而來的！用的床品毛巾，很差的（有圖有真相）！房間空調也不能製冷，問詢前台，得到的答案是，他們用的“中央空調”，衹要室外的温度低，就衹能開制熱，呵呵！連地板都是透明膠帶粘的！也不知道好評怎麼來的！我也是服氣了！垃圾盜版酒店！

位置十分適中，離古城也很近，去陡街衹需十來分鐘，前台待客熱情周到，有問必答，很温暖，客房服務員也都好，面對後院的房間安靜極了，晚上可以睡得很香。特別還要感謝酒店前台，我們有條充電線忘在房間了，回了四川才發現，馬上給前台打電話，前台立即安排尋找並快遞，第二天我們就收到了，解決了大問題，事情看來雖不大，但讓出門在外的人心裏特別温暖，向酒店前台及房間服務員致以衷心感謝，以後到昭通，凱里亞德肯定是首選

看很多差評，一開始沒有選擇過來住，去了其他酒店，後面其他酒店住的感覺也差，就想想還是過來住了，住了之後覺得那麼多差評我覺得不至於，就是隔音有點差，早餐再豐富點就好了，硬件設施挺不錯，綜合起來值得一住
